Claims (1)
- トランジスタの入力側に負荷抵抗を接続すると
共にトランジスタの入力側と同相出力側間に光電
変換素子を接続し、これにより該光電変換素子の
接合容量及び上記トランジスタの不要な寄生成分
等を小さくするように構成したことを特徴とする
光受信回路。
