Claims (1)
- 入射光を受光するフオトダイオードと、このフ
オトダイオードの接合容量を用いて構成する発振
回路とを備え、発振回路の発振周波数から接合容
量を検出することにより入射光量を測定するよう
に構成した光パワーメータ。
