Claims (1)
- 発振周波数が既知の参照レーザと、被測定レー
ザ光と前記参照レーザの出力光とを合波する第１
の光学手段と、この第１の光学手段の出力光を入
射するフアイバ干渉計と、このフアイバ干渉計を
透過する光を２つに分離する第２の光学手段と、
この第２の光学手段の一方の出力光から前記被測
定レーザ光を検出する第１の光検出器と、前記第
２の光学手段の他方の出力光から前記参照レーザ
光を検出する第２の光検出器と、前記フアイバ干
渉計の光路長を微小変化させる掃引手段と、前記
第１の光検出器出力と前記第２の光検出器出力に
基づいて被測定レーザ光の周波数を演算する周波
数演算回路とを備えたことを特徴とするレーザ周
波数計。
