Claims (1)
- 発振周波数が既知の参照レーザと、この参照レ
ーザの出力光と被測定レーザ光とを合波する第１
の光学手段と、この第１の光学手段の出力光を入
射するフアブリ・ペロー・エタロンと、このフア
ブリ・ペロー・エタロンを透過する光を前記被測
定レーザ光と前記参照レーザ光の２つに分離する
第２の光学手段と、この第２の光学手段から出力
される前記被測定レーザ光を検出する第１の光検
出器と、前記第２の光学手段から出力される前記
参照レーザ光を検出する第２の光検出器と、前記
第１の光検出器の出力信号を記憶する第１のメモ
リ回路と、前記第２の光検出器の出力信号を記憶
する第２のメモリ回路と、前記フアブリ・ペロー
・エタロンのミラー間隔を微小変化させる掃引手
段と、前記第１および第２のメモリ回路を駆動す
る発振器と、この発振器の出力パルス数を積算し
その出力により前記掃引手段を駆動する積算手段
と、第１のメモリ回路出力および第２のメモリ回
路出力に基づいて被測定レーザ光の周波数を演算
する周波数演算回路とを備えたことを特徴とする
レーザ周波数計。
