    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 繰返しＱスイツチレーザ発振器から出射された
    レーザ光の平均出力を測定するＱスイツチレーザ
    パルス平均値測定装置であつて、前記レーザ光の
    ピーク値を測定する測定手段と、前記ピーク値に
    対応するエネルギ値を予め記憶する記憶手段とを
    設け、前記測定手段によつて測定された前記ピー
    ク値に対応して前記記憶手段から読出された前記
    エネルギ値と前記レーザ光の繰返し周波数とによ
    り前記平均出力を測定するようにしたことを特徴
    とするＱスイツチレーザパルス平均値測定装置。
