対応するエネルギ値を予め記憶する記憶手段とを
設け、前記測定手段によつて測定された前記ピー
ク値に対応して前記記憶手段から読出された前記
エネルギ値と前記レーザ光の繰返し周波数とによ
り前記平均出力を測定するようにしたことを特徴
