Claims (1)

出器と、前記第2の光学手段から出力される前記
参照レーザ光を検出する第2の光検出器と、前記
第1の光検出器の出力を記憶する第1のメモリ回
路と、前記第2の光検出器の出力を記憶する第2
のメモリ回路と、前記フアブリ・ペロー・エタロ
ンのミラー間隔を微小変化させる掃引手段と、こ
の掃引手段を駆動する発振手段と、前記第1のメ
モリ回路出力と前記第2のメモリ回路出力に基づ
いて被測定レーザ光の周波数を演算する周波数演
算回路とを備え、発振手段は周波数演算回路が掃
引距離の端数を測定する掃引区間において他の掃
引区間より小さい掃引速度でミラー間隔が掃引さ
れるように構成したことを特徴とするレーザ周波
