て、前記光フアイバのレーザ光出射端近傍に配置
された温度センサと、前記温度センサにより測定
されたレーザ光出射端温度が予め設定された限界
温度以上のときに異常検出信号を出力する判別回
路と、を備えたことを特徴とするレーザ光出射装

いて、温度センサは熱電対から成るこへとを特徴
