Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体レーザと、この半導体レーザの出力
光を集光する光学手段と、この光学手段の出力光
を入射するシングルモード・フアイバと、このシ
ングルモード・フアイバの出力光を入射するレン
ズとを備え、レンズから空間ビーム型のレーザ光
を出力するように構成したことを特徴とするレー
ザ光源。 (2) シングルモード・フアイバとして偏波面保
存フアイバを用いた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のレーザ光源。 (3) レンズの出力光を偏光ビームスプリツタに
入射することにより、直線偏光出力を得るように
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレーザ
光源。 (4) シングルモード・フアイバの途中にモード
・スクランブラを設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のレーザ光源。 (5) 半導体レーザ、光学手段およびシングルモ
ード・フアイバを近接して配置し、一体化構造と
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレーザ
光源。
