Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体レーザと、この半導体レーザの出力
光を入射するプリズムと、このプリズムの出力光
を集光する第１のレンズと、この第１のレンズに
よつて集光された光を通すピンホールと、このピ
ンホールを通過した光を平行光にする第２のレン
ズとを備え、第２のレンズから出力される空間ビ
ームパターンが円形となるように構成したレーザ
光源。 (2) 第２のレンズの出力光の一部をビームスプ
リツタで分岐してその光パワーを検出し、自動光
パワー制御を行う実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のレーザ光源。
