Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザの光軸上に配置された第１のビー
ムスプリツタと、この第１のビームスプリツタで
分岐した一方の光を分岐する第２のビームスプリ
ツタと、この第２のビームスプリツタで分岐した
一方の光を受光する第１の受光素子と、他方の光
をエタロンを介して受光する第２の受光素子と、
これら受光素子から電気信号に基づいて前記レー
ザへの注入電流を制御する演算装置を備えた半導
体レーザの波長安定化装置において、前記レーザ
と第１のビームスプリツタの間に第１のアイソレ
ータを、前記第１のビームスプリツタとエタロン
の間に第２のアイソレータを配置したことを特徴
とする半導体レーザの波長安定化装置。
