- 円錘状に反射面を有する円錘偏光ビームスプリ
ツタと前記円錘偏光ビームスプリツタからの出射
光を受光する受光手段を設け、前記出射光の強度
分布を測定するように構成したことを特徴とする
偏光解析装置。
