Claims (1)
- 光源からの光を入射スリツトを介して回折格子
に入射して分散させ分散光の光路中に半透明鏡を
設置して二光束に分割し、一方を標準光、他の一
方を試験光とした二光束分光光度計において、上
記二光束に分割後の光学系を一体構造に形成する
とともに、一枚のチツプ上に二つの受光面を形成
してなる光検出器に導き光電変換する如く形成し
たことを特徴とする分光光度計。
