Claims (1)
- 被測定光の自己相関関数を光学的にとり、これ
を電気的にフーリエ変換する分光装置において、
被測定光を入射する第１の光フアイバカプラと、
この光フアイバカプラの一方の出力に関連する光
を入射する可動ミラーと、この可動ミラーの反射
光に関連する光および前記第１の光フアイバカプ
ラの他方の出射光とを入射する第２の光フアイバ
カプラと、この第２の光フアイバカプラの出射光
を入射する受光手段とを備え、前記可動ミラーの
移動量に対応する前記受光手段の電気出力が被測
定光の自己相関関数となるように構成したことを
特徴とする分光装置。
