Claims (1)
- 光導波路を伝播しその端部より出射される光の
強度分布を測定する装置において、光導波路の入
射端に該光導波路を透過する波長の光を入射させ
る手段と、光導波路の出射端に対向して配置され
た位相共役鏡と、同位相共役鏡と上記光導波路出
射端との間に配置されたハーフミラーと、同ハー
フミラーとの光学的距離が該ハーフミラーと上記
出射端との距離と等しい位置に配置されたビーム
パターン測定器とを有することを特徴とする光導
波路出射端光強度測定装置。
