    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受光素子、この受光素子で光電変換された電流
    を電圧に変換する電流／電圧変換用ＩＣ、及び前
    記受光素子と電流／電圧変換用ＩＣの接続線路を
    、それぞれ絶縁物を介して前記電流／電圧変換用
    ＩＣの出力と同一レベルを有する導体で覆い、か
    つその周囲を、絶縁物を介して接地レベルの導体
    で覆うことを特徴とする光電変換装置。
