Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板を保持して回転するスピンチヤツクと、回
転する基板に塗布液を供給する塗布液ノズルと、
塗布液の飛散を防止する飛散防止カツプとを具備
して成り、基板の上面に塗布液を塗布するように
構成したスピンコータにおいて、 塗布液の溶媒蒸気ガスを供給するガス供給ノズ
ルを矩形状基板の周縁部上方へ配置し、ガス供給
ノズルより溶媒蒸気ガスを当該基板のコーナ部上
面へ供給し、飛散防止カツプの排気口より流出す
るように構成したことを特徴とするスピンコータ
。
