Claims (10)
- 電極集電体の第1面及び第2面のうちの少なくとも一面に電極合剤層が形成されており、
前記電極集電体は、前記電極合剤層が形成された部分以外の部分であって、平面視で長方形の一側外周辺から突出した部分である電極タブを含み、
接着コーティング部が前記電極合剤層の上面のうちの少なくとも一部に付加されており、前記電極タブの上面には付加されておらず、かつ、前記電極集電体の長方形外周辺に沿って付加されておらず、
また、前記接着コーティング部は、前記電極合剤層の上面のうち前記電極タブに隣接した一側外周辺及び前記一側外周辺の反対側外周辺の少なくとも一部の上面に付加されており、
前記接着コーティング部と前記接着コーティング部が付加された前記電極合剤層とに分離膜が付着され、
前記接着コーティング部により、前記電極合剤層と前記分離膜とは一体型構造からなる、リチウム二次電池用電極。 - 前記接着コーティング部は、前記電極合剤層の上面のうち前記電極タブが形成された一側外周辺の反対側外周辺の上面に付加されている、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記接着コーティング部は、前記電極タブの上面と、前記電極合剤層の上面のうち電極タブに隣接した一側外周辺の上面とに付加されている、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記接着コーティング部は、前記電極タブの上面と、前記電極合剤層の上面のうち電極タブに隣接した一側外周辺の上面と、前記電極合剤層の上面のうち前記一側外周辺の反対側外周辺の上面とに付加されている、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記接着コーティング部は、非導電性接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記非導電性接着剤は、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が100℃以下の高分子材料からなる、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法であって、
(a)電極集電体の少なくとも一面に電極合剤層を形成する段階と、
(b)前記電極合剤層の外周辺から延びた電極タブの上面と前記電極合剤層の上面とのうちの少なくとも一部に、前記接着コーティング部の電極タブの上面からの高さは前記電極合剤層の電極タブの上面からの高さより高くなるように、前記接着コーティング部を付加する段階と、
(c)前記電極合剤層及び前記接着コーティング部上に分離膜を配置する段階と、
(d)前記分離膜を押圧する段階と、
を含む、リチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。 - 前記(d)の段階は、加熱する過程を含む、請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記接着コーティング部は、正極及び負極のうちの少なくとも一方に形成される、請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極を含む電極組立体であって、
スタック型電極組立体、スタックフォルディング型電極組立体、ラミネーションスタック型電極組立体、またはゼリーロール型電極組立体を含む電極組立体。
