の設計は様々な因子を考慮しなければならず、殆どが経験によって決定される場合が多い。これが電池設計が難しく思われる理由である。

ら六角網面を結合させることで得られる。π電子は炭素六角網面の間を比較的自由に移動できるため、黒鉛の電子伝導性が良好になる。このような黒鉛層間を結合しているπ結合は弱いファンデルワールス結合を成すが、炭素六角網面内の結合は非常に強い共有結合であって異方的性質(anisotropy)を示し、リチウムイオンはこれら黒鉛層の間に挿入及び脱離するようになる。

Claims (7)
- 大粒径人造黒鉛及び小粒径天然黒鉛を含み、
前記小粒径天然黒鉛と大粒径人造黒鉛との平均粒径の比率は1:2~1:5であり、
前記大粒径人造黒鉛及び小粒径天然黒鉛はそれぞれ非晶質炭素を含むコーティング層をさらに備え、
前記コーティング層は大粒径人造黒鉛及び小粒径天然黒鉛の全体100重量部に対して1~10重量部であり、
前記大粒径人造黒鉛と小粒径天然黒鉛との重量比は1:9~3:7である負極活物質。 - 前記大粒径人造黒鉛の平均粒径は18~30μmである請求項1に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記小粒径天然黒鉛の平均粒径は5~13μmである請求項1に記載の負極活物質。
- 集電体、及び前記集電体の少なくとも一面に形成され、請求項1~請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の負極活物質を含む負極活物質層を備えた負極。
- 前記負極活物質層はバインダー、導電材及び分散材のうち少なくともいずれか1つをさらに含む請求項4に記載の負極。
- 正極、請求項4に記載の負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に介在されたセパレータを含む二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はリチウム二次電池である請求項6に記載の二次電池。
