Claims (18)
- セル(220)と、蓋板(210)と、フレーム(300)と、冷却板(240)とを含み、
前記セルは、前記蓋板に接続されて、前記セルの重量は前記蓋板に支えられ、
前記蓋板は、前記フレームに接続され、前記セルは、前記フレーム内に位置し、
前記冷却板は、前記フレームに封止接続されることにより、前記蓋板と前記冷却板と前記フレームとの間に前記セルの収容空間が形成される、ことを特徴とする電池パック(200)。 - 前記蓋板と前記セルとの間に構造用接着剤が設置され、前記セルは、前記蓋板に接着される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷却板の前記セルに近接する側は、平面として形成され、前記平面と前記セルとの間に熱伝導性接着剤が設置され、前記冷却板の前記セルから離れた側には、冷却流路(241)が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 保護板(270)をさらに含み、前記保護板は、前記冷却板の前記セルから離れた側に設置されるとともに前記フレームに接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記蓋板から前記冷却板への方向において、前記フレームの延在長さは、前記セルの延在長さ以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フレームの前記蓋板に近接する側の表面から前記冷却板までの距離は、前記セルの蓋板に近接する側の表面から前記冷却板までの距離以上であり、前記フレームの前記冷却板に近接する側の表面から前記蓋板までの距離は、前記セルの前記冷却板に近接する側の表面から前記蓋板までの距離以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フレームは、順に接続された第1フレーム(330)、第2フレーム(310)、第3フレーム(340)及び第4フレーム(320)を含み、前記第1フレームは、前記第3フレームに対向して設置され、前記第2フレームは、前記第4フレームに対向して設置され、前記セルの前記第1フレーム又は前記第3フレームに向かう側には、タブ(221)が設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1フレームの前記第3フレームから離れた側は、外向きに延在して突起部(333)を形成し、前記フレームは、組立板(332)をさらに含み、前記組立板は、前記突起部の前記第3フレームから離れた側に接続されて、前記突起部と前記組立板との間に配電キャビティ(334)が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記組立板は、前記突起部に取り外し可能に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フレームは、縦梁をさらに含み、前記縦梁は、前記フレーム内に設置されるとともに、前記第1フレームから前記第3フレームへの方向に沿って延在し、前記縦梁内に配線空間が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記蓋板から前記冷却板への方向において、前記縦梁の延在長さは、前記セルの延在長さに等しい、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フレームは、接続横梁(400)をさらに含み、前記接続横梁の両端は、前記第2フレームと前記第4フレームとの間に接続されて、前記フレームを複数のサブフレームに分け、前記セルが複数設置されて複数のセル列を形成し、複数の前記セル列は、複数のサブフレーム内に対応して設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記セル列は、複数の前記セルを含み、複数の前記セルは、前記第2フレームから前記第4フレームへの方向に沿って配列する、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 前記フレームは、縦梁をさらに含み、前記縦梁は、前記フレーム内に設置されるとともに、前記第1フレームから前記第3フレームへの方向に沿って延在し、前記縦梁内に配線空間が形成され、前記接続横梁には、前記縦梁が通過することができるようにする逃げ溝が設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 車体フレームと、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックとを含む車体であって、
前記車体フレームには、切欠部(101)が形成され、
前記フレームは、前記車体フレームに接続され、前記蓋板は、前記切欠部を閉鎖して車体フロアを形成する、ことを特徴とする車体。 - 前記車体フレーム(100)は、車体の幅方向に沿って対向して設置された第1シルビーム(110)及び第2シルビーム(120)を含み、車体の幅方向において、前記切欠部は、前記第1シルビームから前記第2シルビームに延在し、前記フレームの両側はそれぞれ、前記第1シルビームと前記第2シルビームに接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の車体。
- シート横梁(410)をさらに含み、車体の幅方向において、前記シート横梁は、前記第1シルビームと前記第2シルビームとの間に接続されるとともに、前記電池パックに接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の車体。
- 請求項15に記載の車体を含む、ことを特徴とする車両。
