11の硬化性組成物を表1に示された量を使用して調製し、シアノアクリレート混合物は、96.1質量%のシアノアクリレート、0.4質量%の安定剤、0.5質量%のメタロセン、1質量%の光開始剤及び2質量%のその他の添加剤を含んだ。実施例1では、重合に含まれる唯一のモノマーがシアノアクリレートモノマーであった。実施例2及び3では、シアノアクリレート及び様々な量の多官能オリゴマーを重合に含んだ。実施例4~11では、多官能オリゴマーを有する、又は有さない、シアノアクリレート及び様々な量のウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーを重合に含めた。硬化性組成物は、30秒間385ナノメートルのLED光を100mW/cm2の放射照度で暴露して硬化させた。
二つの処方を、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーを製造する触媒以外同じ成分で調製した。実施例12を、金属触媒、BisOct(オクタン酸ビスマス)を使用して製造したウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーで調製した。実施例13は非金属触媒MSAで製造したウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーで調製した。表3は、処方の安定性を示す。実施例12の処方は安定ではなく、撹拌の1時間以内にゲルが生成した一方、実施例13の処方は、40℃等の温度上昇でも少なくとも1週間安定であった。

前記酸触媒が前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーの総質量に基づいて0.05~6質量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 前記シアノアクリレートモノマーが以下の構造を有する:
(式中、RはC1~C15のアルキル、アルコキシアルキル、シクロアルキル、アルケニル、アラルキル、アリール、アリル、又ハロアルキル基である);あるいは、
前記硬化性組成物は、同硬化性組成物の総質量に基づいて20~98質量%のシアノアクリレートモノマーを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 前記メタロセン化合物が、フェロセン又はチタノセンの少なくとも一つを含む;あるいは、
前記メタロセン化合物が、前記硬化性組成物の総質量に基づいて0.005~4質量%又は0.01~2質量%の量で存在する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 前記フリーラジカル重合阻害剤が、ハイドロキノン、カテコール、β-ナフトール、モノ-t-ブチルハイドロキノン、ピロガロール、4-メトキシフェノール、4-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,5-ジ-tert-ブチルハイドロキノン又は2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-メチルフェノールの少なくとも一つを含む;あるいは、
前記フリーラジカル重合阻害剤が、前記硬化性組成物の総質量に基づいて0.001~1質量%の量で存在する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 前記酸性アニオン重合阻害剤が、ルイス酸、カルボン酸、又はスルホン酸の少なくとも一つを含む;あるいは、
前記酸性アニオン重合阻害剤が、前記硬化性組成物の総質量に基づいて0.001~1質量%の量で存在する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物由来の硬化組成物。
- 酸触媒を含む酸触媒されたウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマー;
シアノアクリレートモノマー;
メタロセン化合物;
フリーラジカル重合阻害剤;及び
酸性アニオン重合阻害剤を含む硬化性組成物を、光に暴露することによって硬化させ、硬化組成物を生成する工程を含み、
前記酸触媒されたウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーが式(1)又は式(2)の少なくとも一つの構造を有し:
A-D-(PD) n -A (1)
A-(PD) n -P-A (2)
(式中、それぞれのAは、独立して、モノヒドロキシ官能(メタ)アクリレート基であり;それぞれのDは、独立して、二又は三官能イソシアネート基であり;それぞれのPは、独立して、ポリスチレン標準に基づいて50~12,000ダルトンの重量平均分子量を有するポリオールであり;nは1~100である);かつ
