複合材料を形成すべく、無機粒子とポリマー材料とを混合する段階であって、前記ポリマー材料はポリマーを含む、段階と;
微粒子層を形成すべく、前記複合材料を射出する段階と;
金属膜を含む機能層を形成する段階と;
前記微粒子層が前記機能層と接合するように、前記微粒子層と前記機能層とを熱的に積層する段階と;
前記壁紙を形成すべく、前記機能層に支持部を付着する段階と
を備える、方法。
(項目14)
前記微粒子層を形成すべく前記複合材料を射出する段階の前に、前記方法はさらに、前記ポリマーを含む追加の材料を前記複合材料に注入する段階を含む、項目13に記載の方法。
(項目15)
前記微粒子層の上に装飾層を形成する段階をさらに備える、項目13または14に記載の方法。
(項目16)
前記装飾層は、印刷技術によって形成される、項目15に記載の方法。
(項目17)
前記支持部は、布裏打ちビニール、紙裏打ちビニール、不織布、ポリエステル、木、金属、化粧漆喰、被覆、ブリック、石工職、石、スチール、セメントまたはコンクリートのうち1つを含む、項目13から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目18)
前記ポリマーは、テレフタル酸ポリエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリラクチド、ポリ(グリコール酸)、またはポリブチレンサクシネートのうち1または複数を含む、項目13から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目19)
前記金属膜は、アルミニウム、銀、チタン、研磨された銅、真鍮、スズ、金、または前述の金属の組み合わせのうち1つを含む、項目13から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目20)
前記無機粒子は、ZnO、TiO 2 、酸化鉄、Fe 2 O 3 、プルシアンブルーまたはケイ素のうち1または複数を含む、項目13から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
Claims (14)
- 平らな表面を有する支持部と、
前記支持部の前記平らな表面の上に配置された機能層であって、前記機能層は、アルミニウム、銀、チタン、研磨された銅、真鍮、スズ、金、または前述の金属の組み合わせのうちの1つを含む金属膜を含む、機能層と、
前記機能層の上に配置され、ポリエチレンを含むポリマー体と、前記ポリマー体内に分散されている、ZnO、TiO2、酸化鉄、プルシアンブルー、もしくはケイ素のうちの1つまたは複数を含む無機粒子を含む、微粒子層と、
前記機能層と前記微粒子層との間に配置された第2の接着剤層であって、前記第2の接着剤層および前記微粒子層の前記ポリマー体の両方がポリエチレンを含む、第2の接着剤層と、
を備える、壁紙。 - 前記支持部は、布裏打ちビニール、紙裏打ちビニール、不織布、ポリエステル、木、金属、化粧漆喰、ブリック、石、スチール、セメントまたはコンクリートのうち1つを含む、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記支持部と前記機能層との間に配置された第1の接着剤層をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の壁紙。
- 前記機能層はさらに、前記第1の接着剤層と接触しているポリマー層を含む、請求項3に記載の壁紙。
- 前記ポリマー層は、テレフタル酸ポリエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリラクチド、ポリ(グリコール酸)、またはポリブチレンサクシネートのうち1または複数を含む、請求項4に記載の壁紙。
- 前記第2の接着剤層の厚さは前記微粒子層の厚さより小さい、請求項3に記載の壁紙。
- 前記微粒子層はさらに、UV安定剤を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の壁紙。
- 前記微粒子層の上に配置された装飾層をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の壁紙。
- 壁紙を形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
複合材料を形成すべく、ZnO、TiO2、酸化鉄、プルシアンブルー、もしくはケイ素のうちの1つまたは複数を含む無機粒子とポリマー材料とを混合する段階であって、前記ポリマー材料はポリマーを含む、段階と;
ポリエチレンを含むポリマー体と、前記ポリマー体に分散されている前記無機粒子を含む微粒子層を形成すべく、前記複合材料を射出する段階と;
アルミニウム、銀、チタン、研磨された銅、真鍮、スズ、金、または前述の金属の組み合わせのうちの1つを含む金属膜を含む機能層を形成する段階と;
前記微粒子層が前記機能層と接合するように、前記微粒子層と前記機能層とを、これらの間に第2の接着剤層を含むことによって熱的に積層する段階であって、前記第2の接着剤層および前記微粒子層の前記ポリマー体の両方がポリエチレンを含む、熱的に積層する段階と;
前記壁紙を形成すべく、前記機能層に支持部を付着する段階と
を備える、方法。 - 前記微粒子層を形成すべく前記複合材料を射出する段階の前に、前記方法はさらに、前記ポリマーを前記複合材料に注入する段階を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記微粒子層の上に装飾層を形成する段階をさらに備える、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾層は、印刷技術によって形成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記支持部は、布裏打ちビニール、紙裏打ちビニール、不織布、ポリエステル、木、金属、化粧漆喰、ブリック、石、スチール、セメントまたはコンクリートのうち1つを含む、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーは、テレフタル酸ポリエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリラクチド、ポリ(グリコール酸)、またはポリブチレンサクシネートのうち1または複数を含む、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
