Description
本願は、ビーワイディーカンパニーリミテッドが2020年8月13日に提出した、出願名称が「負極板及び二次電池」である中国特許出願第「202010811820.4」号の優先権を主張するものである。
(1)負極活物質(具体的には黒鉛)、導電剤Supper P、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)及び水を100:2:1.6:1.8:128の重量比に応じて2つのスラリーに調製し、2つのスラリーにおける固形分は、いずれも45.2%であり、スラリー粘度は、いずれも2300cpsであり、第1負極活物質スラリーにおける黒鉛のD50粒径は、11μmであり、第2負極活物質スラリーにおける黒鉛のD50粒径は、17μmであり、
(2)二層塗布ダイヘッドを用いて上記負極活物質スラリー及び第2負極活物質スラリーを厚さが6μmの銅箔に順に均一に塗布し、120℃のオーブンで15minベーキングし、冷却した後、2MPaで圧延して、負極板を得て、該負極板は、面密度が1.363g/dm2であり、プレス密度が1.60g/cm3であり、2つの活物質層の厚さの和が82μmである。

Claims (9)
- 集電体と、前記集電体に順に設置された第1負極活物質層及び第2負極活物質層とを含む負極板であって、
前記第1負極活物質層及び第2負極活物質層の屈曲度は、1<t1≦5、1<t2≦5、かつ0.5≦t2-t1≦3.2を満たし、
式中、前記t1は、前記第1負極活物質層の屈曲度を表し、前記t2は、前記第2負極活物質層の屈曲度を表し、前記t2-t1は、前記第2負極活物質層の屈曲度と前記第1負極活物質層の屈曲度との差を表し、
前記第1負極活物質層の空隙率は、20%~30%であり、前記第2負極活物質層の空隙率は、30%~40%であり、かつ前記第2負極活物質層の空隙率は、前記第1負極活物質層の空隙率より大きいことを特徴とする、負極板。 - 前記第1負極活物質層は、第1負極活物質を含み、前記第2負極活物質層は、第2負極活物質を含み、前記第1負極活物質のD50粒径と前記第2負極活物質のD50粒径は、いずれも8μm~20μmの範囲内にあり、かつ前記第2負極活物質のD50粒径は、前記第1負極活物質のD50粒径より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の負極板。
- 前記第1負極活物質のD50粒径は、8μm~13μmであり、前記第2負極活物質のD50粒径は、13μm~20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の負極板。
- 前記第2負極活物質のD50粒径と前記第1負極活物質のD50粒径との差は、3μm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の負極板。
- 前記第1負極活物質層の厚さ及び第2負極活物質層の厚さは、いずれも30μm~100μmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の負極板。
- 前記第1負極活物質層の面密度及び前記第2負極活物質層の面密度は、いずれも0.30g/dm2~0.73g/dm2の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の負極板。
- 前記第1負極活物質の重量は、前記第1負極活物質層の重量の90%~98%を占め、前記第2負極活物質の重量は、前記第2負極活物質層の重量の90%~98%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の負極板。
- 前記第1負極活物質及び前記第2負極活物質は、黒鉛、ソフトカーボン、ハードカーボン、チタン酸リチウム、ケイ素系材料及びスズ系材料のうちの1種又は複数種から独立して選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の負極板。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の負極板を含むことを特徴とする、二次電池。
