- 前記ケイ素-グラフェン活物質が、Siを10から99質量%およびCを1から90質量%含有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の複合電極。
- リチウムイオン電池で使用される複合電極を作製するための方法であって、
溶媒および導電性ポリマーバインダーの溶液を形成するステップと、
前記溶液にケイ素-グラフェン活物質を添加して、スラリーを形成するステップと、
前記スラリーを混合して、均質な混合物を形成するステップと、
このように得られた前記混合物の薄膜を基材の上面に堆積するステップと、
得られた複合体を乾燥して、前記電極を形成するステップと
を含み、
前記導電性ポリマーバインダーが、式
の反復単位を持つポリマー組成物を有し、
電極がポリマーバインダー10~20質量%、ケイ素-グラフェン活物質が60から90質量%、およびグラフェン添加剤が1から30質量%から構成され、
前記導電性ポリマーバインダーが、メタクリル酸1-ピレンメチルとメタクリル酸とのコポリマーであり、前記コポリマー中に存在する前記メタクリル酸が、30から78mol%の量であり、
前記ケイ素-グラフェン活物質がグラフェン・シートと組み合わせたケイ素ナノ粒子から合成される、
前記方法。 - 前記m/n比が7/3である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記コポリマー中に存在する前記メタクリル酸1-ピレンメチルが、22から70mol%の量である、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記コポリマー中に存在する前記メタクリル酸が10から51質量%の量であり、前記コポリマー中に存在する前記メタクリル酸1-ピレンメチルが49から90質量%の量である、請求項7~9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記電極が、ポリマーバインダーが10から20質量%およびケイ素-グラフェン活物質が80から90質量%から構成される、請求項7~10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素-グラフェン活物質が、Siを10から99質量%およびCを1から90質量%含有する、請求項7~11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
