前記中間部材は、前記軸方向における前記押圧部材と前記第2支持部材との間に挟まれるように配置された本体部と、前記本体部に対して前記軸方向第1側に突出するように形成された突出部と、を備え、
前記押圧部材は、当該押圧部材を前記軸方向に貫通するように形成され、前記突出部が挿入される挿入孔を備えている点にある。
軸方向に並んで配置された第1摩擦板及び第2摩擦板、並びに前記第1摩擦板及び前記第2摩擦板を前記軸方向に押圧する押圧部材を有する摩擦係合装置を備えた車両用駆動伝達装置であって、
前記第1摩擦板を径方向の外側から支持する第1支持部材と、
前記第2摩擦板を前記径方向の内側から支持する第2支持部材と、を更に備え、
前記第1支持部材は、前記軸方向の一方側である軸方向第1側に向けて開口するように形成され、
前記第2支持部材は、前記軸方向に沿って延在する筒状に形成されて、前記第2摩擦板を支持する筒状支持部と、前記筒状支持部に対して前記径方向の内側において前記径方向に延在するように形成されて、前記筒状支持部に連結された径方向延在部と、を備え、
前記押圧部材は、前記第1摩擦板及び前記第2摩擦板を前記軸方向第1側から押圧するように配置され、
前記第2支持部材は、前記筒状支持部から前記軸方向第1側に突出するように形成された突出部を更に備え、
前記押圧部材は、当該押圧部材を前記軸方向に貫通するように形成され、前記突出部が挿入される挿入孔を備えている点にある。
なお、各部材についての方向は、それらが車両用駆動装置10に組み付けられた状態での方向を表す。また、各部材についての方向や位置等に関する用語は、製造上許容され得る誤差による差異を有する状態をも含む概念である。
(1)上記の実施形態では、挿入孔424に挿入される突出部452を有する中間部材45を備えた構成を例として説明した。しかし、そのような構成に限定されることなく、例えば図8に示すように、第1内側支持部材44が、挿入孔424に挿入される突出部443を有する構成としても良い。この構成では、第1内側支持部材44の第1筒状支持部441から軸方向第1側L1に突出するように突出部443が形成されていると好適である。また、この構成では、車両用駆動伝達装置100が中間部材45を備えていなくても良い。
以下では、上記において説明した車両用駆動伝達装置(100)及び車両用駆動装置(10)の概要について説明する。
軸方向(L)に並んで配置された第1摩擦板(412)及び第2摩擦板(411)、並びに前記第1摩擦板(412)及び前記第2摩擦板(411)を前記軸方向(L)に押圧する押圧部材(42)を有する摩擦係合装置(CL1)を備えた車両用駆動伝達装置(100)であって、
前記第1摩擦板(412)を径方向(R)の外側(R2)から支持する第1支持部材(49)と、
前記第2摩擦板(411)を前記径方向(R)の内側(R1)から支持する第2支持部材(44)と、
前記第2支持部材(44)と一体的に回転するように連結された中間部材(45)と、を更に備え、
前記第1支持部材(49)は、前記軸方向(L)の一方側である軸方向第1側(L1)に向けて開口するように形成され、
前記押圧部材(42)は、前記第1摩擦板(412)及び前記第2摩擦板(411)を前記軸方向第1側(L1)から押圧するように配置され、
前記中間部材(45)は、前記軸方向(L)における前記押圧部材(42)と前記第2支持部材(44)との間に挟まれるように配置された本体部(451)と、前記本体部(451)に対して前記軸方向第1側(L1)に突出するように形成された突出部(452)と、を備え、
前記押圧部材(42)は、当該押圧部材(42)を前記軸方向(L)に貫通するように形成され、前記突出部(452)が挿入される挿入孔(424)を備えている。
前記本体部(451)は、前記キャンセル油室(47)と前記潤滑油路(48)とを隔てるように配置されていると好適である。
また、軸方向(L)に並んで配置された第1摩擦板(412)及び第2摩擦板(411)、並びに前記第1摩擦板(412)及び前記第2摩擦板(411)を前記軸方向(L)に押圧する押圧部材(42)を有する摩擦係合装置(CL1)を備えた車両用駆動伝達装置(100)であって、
前記第1摩擦板(412)を径方向(R)の外側(R2)から支持する第1支持部材(49)と、
前記第2摩擦板(411)を前記径方向(R)の内側(R1)から支持する第2支持部材(44)と、を更に備え、
前記第1支持部材(49)は、前記軸方向(L)の一方側である軸方向第1側(L1)に向けて開口するように形成され、
前記第2支持部材(44)は、前記軸方向(L)に沿って延在する筒状に形成されて、前記第2摩擦板(411)を支持する筒状支持部(441)と、前記筒状支持部(441)に対して前記径方向(R)の内側(R1)において前記径方向(R)に延在するように形成されて、前記筒状支持部(441)に連結された径方向延在部(442)と、を備え、
前記押圧部材(42)は、前記第1摩擦板(412)及び前記第2摩擦板(411)を前記軸方向第1側(L1)から押圧するように配置され、
前記第2支持部材(44)は、前記筒状支持部(441)から前記軸方向第1側(L1)に突出するように形成された突出部(452)を更に備え、
前記押圧部材(42)は、当該押圧部材(42)を前記軸方向(L)に貫通するように形成され、前記突出部(452)が挿入される挿入孔(424)を備えている。
前記押圧部材(42)と前記摺動対象部材(T)との摺動部分の隙間が、シール部材(S1,S2)により密閉されている場合に好適である。
ステータ(St)、及び前記ステータ(St)に対して前記径方向(R)の内側(R1)に配置されたロータ(Ro)を有し、車輪(W)の駆動力源として機能する回転電機(MG)と、
上記の車両用駆動伝達装置(100)と、を備えた車両用駆動装置(10)であって、
前記車両用駆動伝達装置(100)は、前記ロータ(Ro)を支持するロータ支持部材(2)を更に備え、
前記ロータ支持部材(2)は、前記軸方向(L)に沿って延在する筒状に形成されて、前記ロータ(Ro)を前記径方向(R)の内側(R1)から支持する筒状部(21)と、前記筒状部(21)に対して前記径方向(R)の内側(R1)において前記径方向(R)に延在するように形成されて、前記筒状部(21)に連結されたフランジ部(22)と、を備え、
前記筒状部(21)は、前記摩擦係合装置(CL1)に対して、前記径方向(R)の外側(R2)に配置され、
前記フランジ部(22)は、前記摩擦係合装置(CL1)に対して、前記軸方向第1側(L1)とは反対側である軸方向第2側(L2)に配置されている。

Claims (4)
- 軸方向に並んで配置された第1摩擦板及び第2摩擦板、並びに前記第1摩擦板及び前記第2摩擦板を前記軸方向に押圧する押圧部材を有する摩擦係合装置を備えた車両用駆動伝達装置であって、
前記第1摩擦板を径方向の外側から支持する第1支持部材と、
前記第2摩擦板を前記径方向の内側から支持する第2支持部材と、
前記第2支持部材と一体的に回転するように連結された中間部材と、を更に備え、
前記第1支持部材は、前記軸方向の一方側である軸方向第1側に向けて開口するように形成され、
前記押圧部材は、前記第1摩擦板及び前記第2摩擦板を前記軸方向第1側から押圧するように配置され、
前記中間部材は、前記軸方向における前記押圧部材と前記第2支持部材との間に挟まれるように配置された本体部と、前記本体部に対して前記軸方向第1側に突出するように形成された突出部と、を備え、
前記押圧部材は、当該押圧部材を前記軸方向に貫通するように形成され、前記突出部が挿入される挿入孔を備え、
前記第2支持部材は、前記軸方向に沿って延在する筒状に形成されて、前記第2摩擦板を支持する筒状支持部を備え、
前記中間部材は、前記軸方向に沿って延在する筒状に形成されて、前記筒状支持部に対して前記径方向の内側に隣接した状態で、前記筒状支持部と連結された連結部を備え、
前記突出部は、前記連結部から前記軸方向第1側に突出するように形成され、
前記筒状支持部の内周部に、前記軸方向に延在する第1スプラインが形成され、
前記連結部の外周部に、前記軸方向に延在し、前記第1スプラインに係合する第2スプラインが形成されている、車両用駆動伝達装置。 - 前記軸方向における前記押圧部材と前記第2支持部材との間には、前記押圧部材の作動用の油が供給される作動油室で発生する遠心油圧に対抗する油圧を生じさせるキャンセル油室と、前記第2支持部材の内周部に対して前記径方向の内側から油を供給する潤滑油路と、が形成され、
前記本体部は、前記キャンセル油室と前記潤滑油路とを隔てるように配置されている、請求項1に記載の車両用駆動伝達装置。 - 前記押圧部材は、前記第2支持部材又は当該第2支持部材と一体的に回転する部材である摺動対象部材に対して前記軸方向に摺動するように構成され、
前記押圧部材と前記摺動対象部材との摺動部分の隙間が、シール部材により密閉されている、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用駆動伝達装置。 - ステータ、及び前記ステータに対して前記径方向の内側に配置されたロータを有し、車輪の駆動力源として機能する回転電機と、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動伝達装置と、を備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記車両用駆動伝達装置は、前記ロータを支持するロータ支持部材を更に備え、
前記ロータ支持部材は、前記軸方向に沿って延在する筒状に形成されて、前記ロータを前記径方向の内側から支持する筒状部と、前記筒状部に対して前記径方向の内側において前記径方向に延在するように形成されて、前記筒状部に連結されたフランジ部と、を備え、
前記筒状部は、前記摩擦係合装置に対して、前記径方向の外側に配置され、
前記フランジ部は、前記摩擦係合装置に対して、前記軸方向第1側とは反対側である軸方向第2側に配置されている、車両用駆動装置。
