Claims (5)
- 帯状薄板(1)から押し抜き工具(5)を用いて積層板(10)を押し抜くようにした積層鉄心の製造方法において、
a)前記押し抜き工具(5)の第1のストロークの際に、接着剤(11)を前記帯状薄板(1)上に塗布し、前記押し抜き工具(5)の第1のステーションで前記積層板(10)の内径部(7)を押し抜き、摩擦結合部(9,15)の突起を生じさせるステップと、
b)次に、前記帯状薄板(1)を送り長さだけさらに搬送するステップと、
c)前記押し抜き工具(5)の次の第2のストロークで、前記接着剤(11)を新たに前記帯状薄板(1)上に塗布し、前記押し抜き工具(5)の前記第1のステーションで次の積層板(10)の前記内径部(7)を押し抜き、前記次の積層板(1)に対し前記摩擦結合部(9,15)の前記突起(9)を生じさせるステップと、
d)同時に、前記押し抜き工具(5)の第2のステーションで、前記積層板(10)から前記帯状薄板(1)を押し抜くステップと、
e)押し抜いた前記積層板(10)を前記帯状薄板(1)から押し出して雌型内へ圧入させて前記積層鉄心を形成させるステップと、
f)前記雌型内で、前記積層板(10)の前記突起(9)をそれぞれ隣接の積層板(10)の凹部(15)に係合させ、その際前記突起(9)と前記凹部(15)とは摩擦で係合するステップと、
を含み、
g)前記ステップa)から前記ステップf)までを、前記積層鉄心が所望の高さを持つまで反復する、方法。 - 前記突起(9)が前記積層板(10)でのエンボス加工部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着結合部が少なくとも1つの接着剤部分塗布によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(11)を前記突起(9)および凹部(15)の外側の領域において前記積層板(10)に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1または2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(11)を前記突起(9)に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1または2または3に記載の方法。
