Description
図1に示すガス用ケーシング1(以下、単に「ケーシング」という)は、例えば後述するタンクバルブ装置100のバルブブロック111及びガス用機器のケーシング等で適用される。ケーシング1は、ケーシング本体2と流路3とを備えている。ケーシング本体2は、金属製(例えば、アルミ製又はステンレス製等)である。なお、本実施形態において、ケーシング本体2は、アルミ製(即ち、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から成るもの)である。
以下では、図4に示すような、前述するケーシング1が適用した実施例であるタンクバルブ装置100について説明する。タンクバルブ装置100は、例えば水素や天然ガス等のガスを貯留するガスタンク101に設けられている。更に詳細に説明すると、タンクバルブ装置100は、バルブブロック111、電磁比例制御弁112、手動弁21を備えている。そして、バルブブロック111には前述するケーシング1の構造が適用されている。以下では、バルブブロック111の構成について説明するが、バルブブロック111の構成においてケーシング1の構成と同様の構成については、ケーシング1の構成と同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
本実施形態において、第1流路部11は、交差部分14の断面が角丸四角形状に形成されているが、必ずしもこのような形状に限定されない。即ち、第2流路部12と接続される部分が平坦である、即ち前述する平坦部分14aを有していればどのような形状であってもよい。但し、交差部分14の断面は、第2流路部12の流路断面より大きいことが好ましい。

Claims (8)
- ガスが流れる第1流路部と、
前記第1流路部と交差する第2流路部と、
前記第1流路部と前記第2流路部とが形成されているケーシング本体を備え、
前記第1流路部は、前記第2流路部と交差する交差部分を有し、
前記交差部分は、断面角丸四角状に形成されて平坦部分を含み、
前記第2流路部は、前記平坦部分で開口するように前記第1流路部と交差している、ガス用ケーシング。 - 所定方向に延在し且つガスが流れる第1流路部と、
前記第1流路部と交差する第2流路部とを備え、
前記第1流路部は、断面角丸四角状に形成されて平坦部分を含む交差部分を有し、
前記第2流路部は、前記平坦部分で開口するように前記第1流路部と前記交差部分で交差し、
前記交差部分は、該交差部分より前記第1流路部の所定方向一方側及び他方側に比べて幅広に形成されている、ガス用ケーシング。 - 前記平坦部分は、該平坦部分の幅が前記第2流路部の径の0.5倍以上0.6倍以下になるように形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のガス用ケーシング。
- 前記交差部分には、少なくとも弁体の一部分が挿入されており、
前記第2流路部は、前記弁体に向いて開口している、請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載のガス用ケーシング。 - 前記第1流路部と前記第2流路部とが形成されているケーシング本体を備え、
前記第1流路部と前記第2流路部には、水素ガスが流れ、
前記ケーシング本体は、アルミ製である、請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載のガス用ケーシング。 - 前記第2流路部は、前記交差部分の前記平坦部分から直交する方向に延在している、請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載のガス用ケーシング。
- ガスが貯留されるタンクの口部に設けられ、前記ガスを送出させる流路を有するバルブブロックと、
前記バルブブロックに設けられ、前記流路とタンク内との間を連通及び遮断を切換え可能な遮断弁と、を備え、
前記流路は、互いに交差する第1流路部と第2流路部とを有し、
前記第1流路部は、前記第2流路部と交差する交差部分を有し、
前記交差部分は、平坦部分を有し、
前記第2流路部は、前記平坦部分にて開口するように前記第1流路部と交差している、タンクバルブ装置。 - 前記第2流路部は、前記ガスの入力及び出力可能な入出口を有し、
前記交差部分は、前記遮断弁より前記入出口側に配置されている、請求項7に記載のタンクバルブ装置。
