Claims (10)
- 第1の担持要素(2)を第2の担持要素(4)に対して回転可能に支持するための軸受組立体(1)であって、該軸受組立体は(1)、共通の回転の軸(10)の周りに回転可能である第1の部品(6)および第2の部品(8)を備え、前記第1の部品(6)は、少なくとも1つの第1の取付手段(16)を使用して前記第1の担持要素(2)に取り付け可能であり、前記第2の部品(8)は、少なくとも1つの第2の取付手段(18)を使用して前記第2の担持要素(4)に取り付け可能であり、
前記第1の部品(6)は少なくとも1つの第1の貫通孔を備え、前記第2の部品(8)は少なくとも1つの第2の貫通孔を備え、前記第1の貫通孔と前記第2の貫通孔とは互いに対して連続して配置されて、これにより前記第1の貫通孔と前記第2の貫通孔とは互いに位置合わせされ、前記第2の取付手段(18)は、前記第1の貫通孔を通じて前記第2の貫通孔内へと滑り込むことができ、前記第2の部品(8)は前記第2の担持要素(4)に取り付けられ、前記第1の取付手段(16)は、前記第1の貫通孔内へと滑り込むことができ、前記第1の部品(6)を前記第1の担持要素(2)へと取り付け、
前記第1の部品および第2の部品はリングギヤであって、一体として歯車機構を構成し、前記共通の回転の軸は、2つの前記部品が支持される中心シャフトであり、または前記第1の部品および第2の部品は、前記中心シャフトを通じて互いに接続された2つの軸受けであることを特徴とする軸受組立体(1)。 - 前記第1の貫通孔および前記第2の貫通孔は、前記共通の回転の軸(10)に対して同軸に延びる、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 前記第2の取付手段(18)は、前記第2の取付手段(18)を前記第2の担持要素(4)に取り付けるための工具を受け入れるための内部輪郭(20)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 前記第1の取付手段(16)は、前記第1の取付手段(16)を前記第1の部品(6)に取り付けるための工具を受け入れるための外部輪郭(22)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 前記第1の貫通孔はねじ山を備え、前記第1の担持要素(2)は支持区域を含み、前記第1の取付手段(16)は、前記第1の貫通孔の前記ねじ山に係合し、前記第1の担持要素(2)の前記支持区域においてそれ自体を支持させるように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 前記第2の担持要素(4)はねじ山を備え、前記第2の部品(8)は支持区域を含み、前記第2の取付手段(18)は、前記第2の担持要素(4)の前記ねじ山に係合し、前記第2の部品(8)の前記支持区域においてそれ自体を支持させるように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 前記軸受組立体(1)は、前記第1の部品(6)と前記第1の担持要素(2)との間、および/または前記第2の部品(8)と前記第2の担持要素(4)との間に配置される少なくとも1つの第3の部品を含み、前記第3の部品は、前記第1の貫通孔および前記第2の貫通孔と位置合わせ可能な少なくとも1つの凹部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 前記軸受組立体(1)は変速装置筐体内に配置されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 前記第1の部品(6)および前記第2の部品(8)はラジアル軸受またはアキシアル軸受である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の軸受組立体(1)。
- 第1の担持要素(2)と、第2の担持要素(4)と、前記第1の担持要素(2)を前記第2の担持要素(4)に対して回転可能に支持するための、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の軸受組立体(1)と、を備えるロボット。
