Description
総量100重量%に対して、C7の飽和炭化水素成分を80重量%以上および芳香族成分を1重量%以下で含み、下記式1を満たす、炭化水素系溶剤組成物を提供する。
脱硫工程を経た脱硫ナフサを原料とし、蒸留によりC6以下およびC8以上の成分を除去し、これを水添反応器に投入して芳香族成分を除去した後、疑似移動床式吸着分離装置(Simulated Moving Bed、SMB)を用いてノルマルパラフィン成分を除去して炭化水素系溶剤を製造した(実施例1)。
実施例1の溶剤に対して下記のように物性を測定し、表3にまとめた。
ASTM D611に準じて測定した。
ASTM D86に準じて初留点(IBP、initial boiling point)から乾点(DP、drying point)の範囲を測定した。
ASTM D3539に準じて測定し、n-ブチルアセテート(n-BuAc)の蒸発速度を100とした時の蒸発速度を測定した。
実施例1の臭気を評価するために、実施例1、比較例1、および比較例2の溶剤に対して、石油化学技術分野に携わっている10人の研究員を対象としてアンケート評価を行った。

Claims (10)
- 総量100重量%に対して、C5の飽和炭化水素成分を1重量%以下でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。
- 総量100重量%に対して、C8の飽和炭化水素成分を1重量%以下でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。
- 総量100重量%に対して、C7のノルマルパラフィンを5重量%以下でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。
- 総量100重量%に対して、C7の飽和炭化水素成分を80重量%以上および芳香族成分を1重量%以下で含み、下記式1を満たし、

- 総量100重量%に対して、硫黄(sulfur)を1ppm未満でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。
- 総量100重量%に対して、C7の飽和炭化水素成分を80重量%以上99.5重量%以下、芳香族成分を0.0001重量%以上1重量%以下、並びに前記C7の飽和炭化水素成分および芳香族成分以外の残りの成分を0.4重量%以上19重量%以下で含む、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。
- 総量100重量%に対して、
C7の飽和炭化水素成分を80重量%以上99.5重量%以下、
芳香族成分を0.0001重量%以上1重量%以下、
C5の飽和炭化水素成分を0.001重量%以上1重量%以下、
C8の飽和炭化水素成分を0.001重量%以上1重量%以下、および
C6の飽和炭化水素成分を0.1重量%以上17重量%以下で含む、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。 - アニリン点が70℃以下である、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。
- ASTM D3539に準じて、n-ブチルアセテート(n-BuAc)の蒸発速度を100とした時に、蒸発速度が25~45である、請求項1に記載の炭化水素系溶剤組成物。
