Claims (9)
- 搬送装置によって搬送されるガラスフィルムを加熱ローラに接触させた状態で加熱しつつ前記ガラスフィルムに機能性膜を形成し、前記機能性膜が形成された前記ガラスフィルムをロール状に巻き取ることでガラスロールを製造する方法において、
前記ガラスフィルムは、連結部を介してリードフィルムに連結されており、
前記搬送装置は、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部が前記加熱ローラを通過する際に、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部を前記加熱ローラから離間させることを特徴とするガラスロールの製造方法。 - 前記搬送装置は、前記リードフィルム及び前記ガラスフィルムを搬送する搬送ローラを備え、
前記搬送ローラは、前記加熱ローラに対して接近・離反可能に構成されており、
前記搬送ローラは、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部が前記加熱ローラを通過する際に、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部を前記加熱ローラから離間させる請求項1に記載のガラスロールの製造方法。 - 前記搬送ローラは、前記リードフィルムを挟持可能な一対の搬送ローラを含む請求項2に記載のガラスロールの製造方法。
- 前記搬送装置は、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部が前記加熱ローラを通過する際に、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部を前記加熱ローラから離間させる離間部材を備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスロールの製造方法。
- 前記離間部材は、ローラである請求項4に記載のガラスロールの製造方法。

- 連結部を介してリードフィルムに連結されたガラスフィルムを搬送する搬送装置と、
前記ガラスフィルムに機能性膜を形成する加熱成膜装置と、を備えるガラスロールの製造装置において、
前記加熱成膜装置は、前記ガラスフィルムに接触して加熱する加熱ローラを備え、
前記搬送装置は、
前記ガラスフィルムを送り出す巻出装置と、
前記機能性膜が形成された前記ガラスフィルムをロール状に巻き取る巻取装置と、
前記巻出装置と前記巻取装置との間に配されるとともに、前記ガラスフィルムを搬送する搬送ローラと、
前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部が前記加熱ローラを通過する際に、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部を前記加熱ローラから離間させる離間部材と、を備えることを特徴とするガラスロールの製造装置。 - 搬送装置によって搬送されるガラスフィルムを加熱ローラに接触させた状態で加熱しつつ前記ガラスフィルムに機能性膜を形成し、前記機能性膜が形成された前記ガラスフィルムをロール状に巻き取ることでガラスロールを製造する方法において、
前記ガラスフィルムは、連結部を介してリードフィルムに連結されており、
前記加熱ローラは、前記ガラスフィルムに接触して加熱するローラ本体と、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部が前記ローラ本体を通過する際に、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部を前記ローラ本体から離間させる離間部材と、を備えることを特徴とするガラスロールの製造方法。 - 連結部を介してリードフィルムに連結されたガラスフィルムを搬送する搬送装置と、
前記ガラスフィルムに機能性膜を形成する加熱成膜装置と、を備えるガラスロールの製造装置において、
前記加熱成膜装置は、前記ガラスフィルムに接触して加熱する加熱ローラを備え、
前記加熱ローラは、前記ガラスフィルムに接触して加熱するローラ本体と、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部が前記ローラ本体を通過する際に、前記リードフィルム及び/又は前記連結部を前記ローラ本体から離間させる離間部材と、を備えることを特徴とするガラスロールの製造装置。
