Description

(c)或いは1種若しくは複数のトリカルボン酸若しくは4官能以上の多価カルボン酸、又は少なくとも3つの官能基を有する1種若しくはアルコールとのそれらの1種又は複数種の誘導体、
(d)或いは1種若しくは複数のジヒドロキシ又はポリヒドロキシカルボン酸、
(e)或いは1種若しくは複数のヒドロキシジカルボン酸又はヒドロキシポリカルボン酸、
或いは上述の反応溶液のうちの少なくとも2つの混合物
を含むことができる。

・マイカ - 株式会社ヤマグチマイカ(日本)からで購入したマイカ、製品名YM-31;
・AO(酸化防止剤) - BASF(Germany)から購入したペンタエリトリトールテトラキス(3-(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート)、商品名IRGANOX(商標)1010;
・潤滑剤 - Emery Oleochemicals(Malaysia)から購入したペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレート、商品名LOXIOL(商標)P861/3.5.
・RA(離型剤) - Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co.,Ltd.(China)から購入したステアリン酸亜鉛;
・衝撃改質剤 - DuPontから購入したエチレン、ブチルアクリレート及びグリシジルメタクリレートのコポリマー、商品名Elvaloy(登録商標)PTW;
・HBP-1 - Wuhan HyperBranched Polymers Science&Technology Co.Ltd.から購入した超分岐ポリエステル、製品名HyPer H102、酸価20mgKOH/g及び分岐度(DB)50~60%;
・HBP-2 - 超分岐ポリエステル(Weihai CY Dendrimer Technology Co.Ltd.から購入、製品名CYD-T1050)、酸価50mgKOH/g及び分岐度(DB)60~70%;
・HBP-3 - Wuhan HyperBranched Polymers Science&Technology Co.Ltd.から購入した超分岐ポリエステル、製品名HyPer C403、酸価120mgKOH/g及び分岐度(DB)60~65%;
・HBP-4 - Wuhan HyperBranched Polymers Science&Technology Co.Ltd.から購入した超分岐ポリエステル、製品名HyPer C103、酸価220mgKOH/g及び分岐度(DB)50~60%;
・HBP-5 - Wuhan HyperBranched Polymers Science&Technology Co.Ltd.から購入した超分岐ポリエステル、製品名HyPer C101、酸価300mgKOH/g及び分岐度(DB)50~60%;
・HBP-6 - Weihai CY Dendrimer Technology Co.Ltd.から購入した超分岐ポリエステル、製品名CYD-C2、酸価360mgKOH/g及び分岐度(DB)60~65%。
Claims (8)
- 電気伝導性ポリマー組成物であって:前記組成物の総重量%を合計100重量%にして、a)40~92重量%の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステル;b)2~15重量%の導電性カーボンブラック;c)4~30重量%の少なくとも1種のエチレンコポリマー系の衝撃改質剤;及びd)0.1~4重量%の少なくとも1種の、80~340mgKOH/gの酸価を有する超分岐ポリエステルを含み、前記少なくとも1種の超分岐ポリエステルが、10~99.9%の範囲の分岐度(DB)を有する、電気伝導性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記組成物の総重量を基準として、前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルを40~88重量%の量で含む、請求項1に記載の電気伝導性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルが、PET、PBT、PCT、及びそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の電気伝導性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の超分岐ポリエステルが、90~330mgKOH/gの酸価を有する、請求項1に記載の電気伝導性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の超分岐ポリエステルが、前記組成物の総重量を基準として、0.2~3.5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の電気伝導性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記導電性カーボンブラックが、前記組成物の総重量を基準として、2.5~13重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の電気伝導性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記エチレンコポリマー系の衝撃改質剤が、前記組成物の総重量を基準として、6~25重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の電気伝導性ポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の電気伝導性ポリマー組成物から形成した物品。
