Description
図4は、本発明の一実施形態によるクランクシャフト10の概略図である。クランクシャフト10は、ジャーナル部11、ピン部12、及びアーム部13を備えている。
次に、クランクシャフト10の製造方法の一例を説明する。以下に説明する製造方法は、あくまでも例示であって、クランクシャフト10の製造方法を限定するものではない。
Claims (4)
- ジャーナル部及びピン部を有するクランクシャフトであって、
鉄及び窒素を含有する化合物層を表面に備え、
前記化合物層は、前記ジャーナル部及びピン部の各々において、表面から深さ3.0μmまでの領域及び前記化合物層の全厚さ領域のうちの薄い方の領域の空隙面積率が10.0%以下であり、
前記ジャーナル部及びピン部の各々は、断面曲線の算術平均高さPaが0.090μm以下である表面形状を有し、
前記化合物層中のε相の割合が断面面積率で80%以上である、クランクシャフト。 - 請求項1に記載のクランクシャフトであって、
前記化合物層の硬さがHV500~HV1000である、クランクシャフト。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のクランクシャフトであって、
前記化合物層は、前記ジャーナル部及びピン部の各々において、1.0~50μmの厚さを有する、クランクシャフト。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のクランクシャフトを製造する方法であって、
クランクシャフトの中間品のジャーナル部及びピン部を研削する中間研削工程と、
前記中間研削工程後に、前記中間品のジャーナル部及びピン部をラッピングする中間ラッピング工程と、
前記中間ラッピング工程後に、前記中間品を窒化処理する窒化処理工程と、
前記窒化処理工程後に、前記中間品のジャーナル部及びピン部を研削する研削工程と、
前記研削工程後に、前記中間品のジャーナル部及びピン部を、アルミナ砥粒がコーティングされたフィルムを用いてラッピングする粗ラッピング工程と、
前記粗ラッピング工程後に、前記中間品のジャーナル部及びピン部を、ダイヤモンド砥粒がコーティングされたフィルムを用いてラッピングする仕上ラッピング工程とを備える、クランクシャフトの製造方法。
