Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス1のケーブル分岐部4の周辺の斜視図である。
上記実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス1によれば、ポリアミド系ポリマ、ポリエステル系ポリマ、熱可塑性ポリウレタンのうちの少なくとも1つからなる第1のポリマとポリオレフィンからなる第2のポリマのポリマアロイが樹脂モールド33の材料として用いられるため、熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなるシース23、最外層が熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなるABSセンサケーブル21、及び最外層がポリオレフィンからなる電動パーキングブレーキケーブル22に対する樹脂モールド3の接着性が十分に確保できる。そのため、ケーブル分岐部4のシース23の端部からの多芯ケーブル2内への水の浸入を効果的に抑えることができる。
図5(a)は、本実施例に係る気密性評価試験に用いる試料30の主要部を拡大した断面図である。試料30は、線状の導体31と、導体31の外周を被覆する絶縁体32と、絶縁体32の一方の端末を被覆する樹脂モールド33とを有する。
<気密性評価>
気密性試験と熱衝撃試験を交互に繰り返して実施し、気密性がいつまで保たれるかを評価した。
樹脂モールド33の材料からなるシート(縦200mm×横25mm×厚さ1mm)と絶縁体32の材料からなるシート(縦200mm×横25mm×厚さ1mm)を積層プレスした積層シートを用いて、JIS K6854-3(1999)に準拠したT字剥離試験を実施し、剥離強度を測定した。また、剥離に至った際に、両シートが界面で剥離しているか、いずれかのシートが凝集破壊されて剥離に至っているかのいずれであるかを目視により確認した。
次の表1~3に、試料番号A1~A18、B1~B18、C1~C11の試料30の構成及び各種評価の結果を示す。表1~3の“平均分散径”は、樹脂モールド33の材料であるポリマアロイの分散相の平均粒子径である。また、“シート接着評価(架橋PE)”は、絶縁体32がポリオレフィンである架橋ポリエチレンからなる場合のシート接着評価を示し、“シート接着評価(TPU)”は、絶縁体32が熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなる場合のシート接着評価を示している。また、“剥離形態”の“α”は、界面剥離を示し、“β”は凝集破壊を示している。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (4)
- ポリオレフィンからなる最外層を有する第1ケーブルと、
熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなる最外層を有する第2ケーブルと、
前記第1ケーブル及び前記第2ケーブルを一括して部分的に覆う樹脂モールドと、
を備え、
前記樹脂モールドが、ポリアミド系ポリマ、ポリエステル系ポリマ、熱可塑性ポリウレタンのうちの少なくとも1つからなる第1のポリマとポリオレフィンからなる第2のポリマとのポリマアロイからなり、
-40℃の大気中での30分間の放置、及び120℃の大気中での30分間の放置を1サイクルとする熱衝撃試験を1000サイクル実施した後に、前記樹脂モールドを水に浸した状態で前記第1ケーブル及び前記第2ケーブルの端部それぞれから200kPaの圧縮空気を30秒間供給した際に前記樹脂モールドから気泡が漏れ出さない、ワイヤハーネス。 - 前記第1ケーブルの最外層を構成するポリオレフィンが、架橋ポリエチレン又は架橋したエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体である、
請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。 - 前記第2のポリマが、酸変性ポリオレフィンである、
請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤハーネス。 - 前記ポリマアロイの平均分散径が120μm未満である、
