Description
本願は、2020年4月10日付で提出した出願番号202010277606.5、発明の名称「視覚疲労を軽減するための可食性組成物」の中国特許出願の優先権を主張し、その内容全体を援用することにより本願に組み込んでいる。
本発明は、食品技術分野に属し、視覚疲労を軽減するための可食性組成物に関する。
(1) フリーラジカル説:眼球が長時間にわたって探索・注視状態にあると、外眼筋と毛様体筋の代謝が増加し、代謝老廃物(酸素フリーラジカルを含む)の生成・蓄積が増加することを引き起こしてしまい、筋肉細胞の構造的損傷と機能低下をもたらしてしまう。すでに、フリーラジカルがさまざまな網膜疾患を引き起こし、悪化させる可能性を示した研究がある。
(2) 視覚細胞の栄養枯渇説:視覚細胞の過剰な消耗や、必要な栄養素の供給が滞ることは、黄斑と網膜の回復時間を延長させてしまう。視覚細胞の栄養素には、主にルテイン、VA、多価不飽和脂肪酸、VB1、VB2、微量ミネラルが含まれる。
(3) 網膜損傷説:可視光を網膜に集光すると、高酸素圧と高集光が生じるため、脂質過酸化反応が起こりやすくなり、その生成物が網膜色素上皮細胞を呑噬し、網膜損傷を引き起こしてしまう。
(4) 網膜細胞老化説:網膜色素上皮細胞の老化は眼の老化につながり、黄斑色素光学密度(macular pigment optical density、MPOD)の低下などの加齢に伴う眼疾患につながる。

Claims (12)
- 重量部で、
ウコン粉末 1~10部
全コーヒー果実エキス 1~12部
リン脂質複合体 1~20部
DHA 1~15部
ホスファチジルセリン 0.5~5部
ビタミンC 0.1~5部
を含む、可食性組成物。 - 全コーヒー果実エキスの質量を100%とする場合、前記全コーヒー果実エキス中の効果成分として全クロロゲン酸20%~50%、及びプロアントシアニジン0.5%~5%を含む可食性組成物であって、
前記全クロロゲン酸はネオクロロゲン酸を含み、前記ネオクロロゲン酸は前記全コーヒー果実エキスに占める割合が1%~20%である、請求項1に記載の可食性組成物。 - リン脂質複合体の質量を100%とする場合、前記リン脂質複合体中の効果成分として、ホスファチジルエタノールアミン5%~5.5%、ホスファチジルコリン4%~5.5%、ホスファチジルイノシトール0.5%~1.8%、及びセラミド1.5%~2.5%を含む、請求項1に記載の可食性組成物。
- ウコン粉末、全コーヒー果実エキス、リン脂質複合体、DHA、ホスファチジルセリンおよびビタミンCからなる、請求項1に記載の可食性組成物。
- 重量部で、
ウコン粉末 8部
全コーヒー果実エキス 10部
リン脂質複合体 10部
DHA 7部
ホスファチジルセリン 2部
ビタミンC 1部
を含む、請求項1に記載の可食性組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の可食性組成物を含む、視覚疲労改善効果又は緑内障予防効果を有する食品。
- 前記食品が有効量の請求項1に記載の可食性組成物を含む、請求項6に記載の食品。
- 前記食品がアジュバントを更に含む、請求項7に記載の食品。
- 前記アジュバントが、ソルビトール、マルトデキストリン、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、乳糖、全脂粉乳の1種または複数種の組み合わせを含む、請求項8に記載の食品。
- 前記食品が錠剤、カプセル剤、粉剤または顆粒剤の形態である、請求項8に記載の食品。
- 総質量を100%とする場合、
ウコン粉末 1%~10%
全コーヒー果実エキス 1%~12%
リン脂質複合体 1%~20%
DHA 1%~15%
ホスファチジルセリン 0.5%~5%
ビタミンC 0.1%~5%
を含む、食品。 - 総質量を100%とする場合、
