Claims (14)
- 水素を生成するためのアンモニア分解の方法であって、
アンモニア流を反応器に導入するステップであって、前記アンモニア流がアンモニアを含み、前記反応器がコバルト触媒を含み、前記コバルト触媒が、
15重量%~70重量%のコバルトと、
5重量%~45重量%のセリウムと、
0.4重量%~0.5重量%のバリウムを含み、前記コバルト触媒の残りの重量が酸素である、ステップと、
前記アンモニア流中の前記アンモニアを前記コバルト触媒と接触させるステップであって、前記コバルト触媒はアンモニア分解反応に触媒作用を及ぼすように使用可能である、ステップと、
前記アンモニア分解反応に触媒作用を及ぼして、前記コバルト触媒の存在下でアンモニア分解を引き起こして水素を生成するステップと、
前記反応器から生成物流を取り出すステップであって、前記生成物流は水素を含む、ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 水素ガス流を前記反応器に導入するステップと、
前記反応器内の温度を毎分2℃の速度で500℃まで上昇させるステップと、
前記アンモニア流を前記反応器に導入するステップの前に、前記反応器内の温度を少なくとも3時間、500℃に維持して、前記コバルト触媒上の金属部位を活性化するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記反応器内の温度が250℃~700℃の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器内の圧力が1バール~40バールの範囲である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記生成物流が窒素をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アンモニアの転化率が95%を超える、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アンモニア分解用コバルト触媒を調製する方法であって、
硝酸コバルト六水和物(Co(NO3)・6H2O)と硝酸セリウム六水和物(Ce(NO3)・6H2O)を蒸留水中に溶解するステップと、
炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)溶液を添加するステップと、
溶液からコバルトとセリウムの炭酸塩が沈殿するまで前記溶液を維持するステップと、
前記コバルトとセリウムの炭酸塩を約0.4バールの圧力下で濾過するステップと、
濾過した前記コバルトとセリウムの炭酸塩を、冷蒸留水を用いてpHが7になるまで洗浄して洗浄沈殿物を生成するステップと、
前記洗浄沈殿物を100℃の温度で少なくとも8時間乾燥させて乾燥沈殿物を生成するステップと、
前記乾燥沈殿物を550℃の温度で少なくとも3時間焼成して黒色粉末を生成するステップであって、焼成時の温度は前記炭酸塩を燃焼させてCo3O4/CeO2の複合酸化物を含む黒色粉末を生成するように操作可能である、ステップと、
前記黒色粉末に硝酸バリウム(Ba(NO3)2)の水溶液を含浸させて前駆物質を生成するステップと、
前記前駆物質を120℃の温度で少なくとも8時間乾燥させて乾燥前駆物質を生成するステップと、
前記乾燥前駆物質を550℃の温度で少なくとも3時間焼成してアンモニア分解用コバルト触媒を生成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記コバルト触媒を粉砕して前記コバルト触媒の粒子を生成するステップと、
前記粒子をふるい分けするステップと、
0.3mm~0.5mmの直径を有する前記コバルト触媒の前記粒子を捕集するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記コバルト触媒が、15重量%~70重量%のコバルト、5重量%~45重量%のセリウム、ならびに0.4重量%~0.5重量%のバリウムを含み、前記コバルト触媒の残りの重量が酸素である、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- アンモニア分解用コバルト触媒組成物であって、
15重量%~70重量%のコバルトと、
5重量%~45重量%のセリウムと、
0.4重量%~0.5重量%のバリウムと、を含み、
前記コバルト触媒組成物の残りの重量は酸素である、アンモニア分解用コバルト触媒組成物。 - 酸化コバルトを含む、請求項10に記載のコバルト触媒組成物。
- 酸化セリウムを含む、請求項10または11に記載のコバルト触媒組成物。
- 前記コバルトが活性金属である、請求項10~12のいずれかに記載のコバルト系触媒組成物。
- 前記セリウムが支持体および促進剤として作用するように使用可能である、請求項10~13のいずれかに記載のコバルト触媒組成物。
