Description
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも部分的に個人の腰部又は臀部の周囲に延びるように構成されるエアバッグアセンブリと、
前記エアバッグアセンブリに取り付けられるバックルであって、前記バックルは第1のバックル半分及び第2のバックル半分を備え、前記第1及び第2のバックル半分は互いに取り付け可能であり且つ取り外し可能であるバックルと、
前記エアバッグアセンブリを作動させるように構成されるエアバッグアクチュエータと
を備え、
近接センサが前記個人の身体又は衣服を検出しない場合に、前記エアバッグアセンブリを無効にするように構成される近接センサを更に備え、
前記近接センサは、前記第1のバックル半分の内面に位置付けられ、
前記第2のバックル半分は、前記第1及び第2のバックル半分が互いに取り付けられたときに前記第1のバックル半分の後ろに延びる延長後壁を備え、前記第2のバックル半分の前記延長後壁は、カットアウトを介して前記近接センサが個人の身体又は衣服を検出することを可能にするように構成されるカットアウトを含む、保護デバイス。 - 前記第1のバックル半分は、基部を備え、
前記エアバッグアクチュエータの第1の部分が、前記基部に位置付けられ、
前記第1のバックル半分が前記第2のバックル半分に取り付けられるときに、前記エアバッグアクチュエータの第2の部分が前記第2のバックル半分の中に位置付けられるように、前記エアバッグアクチュエータの前記第2の部分は前記基部から延びる、請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。 - 前記第1のバックル半分は、前記基部から延びる突出部を備え、
前記第1のバックル半分が前記第2のバックル半分に取り付けられるときに、前記突出部及び前記エアバッグアクチュエータの第2の部分の両方が前記第2のバックル半分の中に位置付けられるように、前記エアバッグアクチュエータの前記第2の部分は前記突出部の中に位置付けられる、請求項2に記載の保護デバイス。 - 前記エアバッグアクチュエータの作動を制御するように構成されるコントローラを備える制御装置と、
前記コントローラに電力を供給するように構成されるバッテリと
を更に備え、
前記バッテリの少なくとも一部が前記第1のバックル半分又は前記第2のバックル半分の中に配置される、請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。 - 前記制御装置の少なくとも一部が前記第1のバックル半分又は前記第2のバックル半分の中に配置される、請求項4に記載の保護デバイス。
- 前記第1のバックル半分に取り付けられる第1の端部及び前記第2のバックル半分に取り付けられる第2の端部を有する調節可能支持ストラップを更に備え、
前記エアバッグアセンブリは、前記支持ストラップに取り付けられ、
前記バックルは、前記支持ストラップを介して前記エアバッグアセンブリに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。 - 前記エアバッグアセンブリは複数のループを含み、
前記エアバッグアセンブリは前記ループを介して前記支持ストラップに取り付けられる、請求項6に記載の保護デバイス。 - 前記エアバッグアセンブリを覆う第1の外部カバーを更に備え、前記第1の外部カバーは、前記エアバッグアセンブリの作動に応じて分離するように構成される縫い目を含む、請求項6に記載の保護デバイス。
- 前記第1のバックル半分は、前記エアバッグアセンブリが膨張させられるときに拡張するように構成される可撓性ハッチを備える、請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。
- 前記可撓性ハッチは、エラストマー材料から形成される、請求項9に記載の保護デバイス。
- 前記個人の周囲の光のレベルを検出するように構成される光センサと、
前記保護デバイスを装着している個人の周囲のフロア空間の一部を照らすように構成される前記光センサに接続されるフロアパスLEDライトと
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。 - 3次元動作を測定するように構成され且つ前記保護デバイスにおける既定の場所に配置される第1の慣性センサを更に備える、請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。
- 前記第1の慣性センサは、9軸慣性測定センサを含む、請求項12に記載の保護デバイス。
