Description
Claims (10)
- 複合セパレータを作製する組成物であって、
重量部で、ポリマー樹脂10~100部、高分子粘着剤0.5~10部、無機ナノ粒子粉体0~50部、ナノワイヤ0~40部および核剤0.1~10部を含み、
前記ポリマー樹脂は、低融点ポリマーと高融点ポリマーとを含み、
前記低融点ポリマーおよび前記高融点ポリマーは、分子量、分子構造及び結晶化度のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて異なる同一種類の物質からなり、
前記低融点ポリマーと前記高融点ポリマーとの重量比は、(5~90):(10~95)であり、
前記低融点ポリマーの融点は、145℃以下であり、前記高融点ポリマーの融点は、146~500℃である
ことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記低融点ポリマーの融点は、100~145℃であり、前記高融点ポリマーの融点は、146~200℃であり、
前記ポリマー樹脂は、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体、ポリフッ化ビニリデン-ジクロロエテン共重合体、ポリフッ化ビニリデン-クロロトリフルオロエチレン共重合体、ポリフッ化ビニリデン-テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体、ポリスチレン、ポリn-ブチルアクリレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリエチルメタクリレート、ポリ-tert-ブチルアクリレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリ酢酸ビニル、アクリルアミドまたはポリメチルアクリレートのうちのいずれか1種を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記ナノワイヤは、長いナノワイヤと短いナノワイヤとを含み、前記長いナノワイヤの長さは、30~150μmであり、前記短いナノワイヤの長さは、0.1~29μmであり、
以下(a)~(c):
(a)前記長いナノワイヤと前記短いナノワイヤとの重量比が、(80~95):(20~5)である、
(b)前記長いナノワイヤと前記短いナノワイヤの直径が、いずれも1~100nmである、
(c)前記長いナノワイヤおよび前記短いナノワイヤが、それぞれ互いに独立するものであり、それぞれ、カーボンナノチューブ、銀ナノワイヤ、炭化ホウ素ナノワイヤ、ナノセルロース、水酸化銅ナノワイヤ、一酸化ケイ素ナノワイヤまたはハイドロキシアパタイトナノワイヤから選択される1種または複数の種である
の特徴のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 - 以下(a)~(c):
(a)前記核剤が、安息香酸、アジピン酸、安息香酸ナトリウム、ステアリン酸カルシウム、p-フェノールスルホン酸ナトリウム、p-フェノールスルホン酸カルシウム、ナトリウムフェノラート、窒化ホウ素、炭酸ナトリウムまたは炭酸カリウムのうちの少なくとも1種を含む、
(b)前記無機ナノ粒子粉体が、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウム、二酸化ケイ素、チタン酸バリウム、酸化マグネシウム、ベーマイト、酸化チタン、炭酸カルシウムまたは二酸化ジルコニウムのうちの少なくとも1種を含む、
(c)前記高分子粘着剤が、スチレンブタジエンラテックス、スチレンアクリルラテックス、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチルアクリレート、ポリメタクリル酸ブチル、エチレン-酢酸エチル共重合体またはポリウレタンのうちの少なくとも1種を含む
の特徴のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 以下(a)~(c):
(a)前記組成物が、重量部で、分散剤0.5~10部をさらに含み、前記分散剤が、カルボン酸塩類フッ素分散剤、リン酸トリエチル、スルホン酸塩類フッ素分散剤、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、ポリアクリル酸カリウムまたはポリエチレングリコールのうちの少なくとも1種を含む、
(b)前記組成物が、重量部で、帯電防止剤0.1~5部をさらに含み、前記帯電防止剤が、ポリチオフェン、オクタデシルジメチル四級アンモニウムナイトレート、トリメチルオクタデシルアンモニウムアセタート、N-ヘキサデシルピリジニウム硝酸塩、N-アルキルアミノ酸塩、ベタイン系またはイミダゾリニウム塩類誘導体のうちの少なくとも1種を含む、
(c)前記組成物が、重量部で、孔形成剤0.1~10部をさらに含み、前記孔形成剤は、純水または多価アルコールのうちの少なくとも1種を含む
の特徴のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 基材と、
請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物とを含み、
前記組成物が、前記基材の表面に塗布されて硬化している
ことを特徴とする複合セパレータ。 - 低融点ポリマーと、高融点ポリマーと、高分子粘着剤と、長いナノワイヤとを均一に混合して、第1混合液を得るステップと、
有機溶剤と孔形成剤とを混合して、第2混合液を得るステップと、
前記第1混合液と、前記第2混合液と、短いナノワイヤと、無機ナノ粒子粉体とを均一に混合して、スラリーを得るステップと、
前記スラリーを基材の表面に塗布して硬化させるステップと、を含み
前記長いナノワイヤの長さは、30~150μmであり、短いナノワイヤの長さは、0.1~29μmであり、
以下(a)~(c)の特徴のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
(a)前記第1混合液内にさらに核剤が加えられ、
(b)マイクログラビアコート法を利用して不連続塗布を行い、
(c)前記有機溶剤は、アセトン、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルホルムアミド、クロロホルム、ジクロロメタン、ジクロロエタン、ジメチルスルホキシドまたはN-メチルピロリドンのうちのいずれか1種を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合セパレータの作製方法。 - 前記第1混合液と、第2混合液と、短いナノワイヤと、無機ナノ粒子粉体とを均一に混合するステップは、
前記第2混合液を2つに分け、まず、一つの第2混合液を第1混合液、短いナノワイヤおよび無機ナノ粒子粉体と混合し、そしてもう一つの第2混合液を加えることを含み、
前記一つの第2混合液と前記もう一つの第2混合液との体積比は、(6~8):(4~2)である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合セパレータの作製方法。 - 前記第1混合液と、第2混合液と、短いナノワイヤと、無機ナノ粒子粉体とを均一に混合して、分散剤、帯電防止剤をさらに加えて均一に混合して、前記スラリーを得ることを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合セパレータの作製方法。 - 請求項6に記載の複合セパレータを含むことを特徴とするリチウムイオン電池。
