Abstract

一种组合物、复合隔膜及其制备方法以及锂离子电池。组合物包括聚合物树脂10‑100份、高分子胶粘剂0.5‑10份、无机纳米粒子粉体0‑50份和纳米线0‑40份。聚合物树脂包括低熔点聚合物和高熔点聚合物,低熔点聚合物和高熔点聚合物为同一个物质;低熔点聚合物与高熔点聚合物的重量比为(5‑90):(10‑95);低熔点聚合物的熔点在145℃以下;高熔点聚合物的熔点在146‑500℃范围内。高低熔点聚合物的搭配使用,能在保证涂层与极片的界面粘接力和涂层耐热性达到较好的效果的同时减少溶胀。
