‐更に、前記バレル(2)内で前記ロータ部材(1)を回転させるための駆動システム(4)を備える単軸スクリュー押出機(100)において、
前記供給領域(14)は、供給口(3)の真下の部分及び前記供給口(3)から続く5周のスクリューフライト(6)であり、
前記深さ(d)の、前記ロータ部材の前記直径(D)に対する関係、すなわちd/D≦1/20であり、

- 単軸スクリュー押出機のロータ部材を製造する方法において、
‐中空棒(13)を設けることと、
‐前記中空棒(13)の外面に、らせん延在列状に配置された1つ又は複数の凹部及び/又は凸部を、
‐製造される前記ロータ部材の供給領域(14)における、列の深さ(d)の前記中空棒(13)の直径(D)に対する関係、すなわちd/D≦1/20となり、前記供給領域(14)は、供給口(3)の真下の部分及び前記供給口(3)から続く5周のスクリューフライト(6)であり、
前記中空棒(13)のピッチ(P)の、前記中空棒(13)の前記直径(D)に対する関係、すなわちP/D≦1/4以下となるように製造することと、
前記供給口(3)又は前記供給領域(14)は、前記単軸スクリュー押出機内に供給される材料の粒径を小さくするためのせん断手段又は切断手段を備えることと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数の凹部及び/又は凸部(5)の製造が、前記中空棒(13)から材料を除去することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の凹部及び/又は凸部(5)の製造が、前記中空棒(13)上に材料を追加することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19又は20に記載の方法。
- 前記中空棒(13)の外面に、少なくとも1つのスクリューフライト(6)を備えるスクリュースレッドを、前記スクリューフライト(6)が前記ピッチ(P)を有し、スクリュー溝(7)が前記深さ(d)を有するように製造することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19~21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中空棒(13)の外面に、複数の個別の凹部(5)の列を製造することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19~21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中空棒(13)が、前記中空棒の前記直径(D)の少なくとも75%の直径を有する円筒形流路(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項19~23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
