図3および図4を参照して、本実施の形態に係る航空機用タイヤTに適用可能なRFIDタグ10の構成例について説明する。
図3および図5を参照して、RFIDタグ10のアンテナの構成例について説明する。
図6および図7を参照して、RFIDタグ10の通信距離の測定例について説明する。
図8および図9を参照して、RFIDタグ10を設けた航空機用タイヤT(21インチ)と、比較例用の航空機用タイヤ(15インチ)につき、通信距離とL/Wとの関係について説明する。
0.1< L/W <0.2 を満たすことを条件として設定した。
上述した実施形態によれば、以下の作用効果が得られる。
0.1< L/W <0.2 の条件を満たすことにより、通信性を向上することができる。

Claims (5)
- 一対のビード部と、該ビード部の径方向外側に連なるサイドウォール部と、該サイドウォール部間に跨るトレッド部とを有する航空機用タイヤにおいて、
前記航空機用タイヤに関する情報を格納可能なタグ本体部と、該タグ本体部から延設されるアンテナとを備えたRFIDタグを備え、
トレッド面視において、前記アンテナは、その延設方向がタイヤ幅方向と平行または5°以内の所定角度の範囲で交差するように配設され、
前記航空機用タイヤの径サイズは、21インチ以上であり、
前記航空機用タイヤの幅寸法をW、前記アンテナの延設方向の長さの総和をLとした場合に、
0.1< L/W <0.2
の条件を満たす航空機用タイヤ。 - 前記アンテナは、直線状または波線状を呈するモノポールアンテナまたはダイポールアンテナで構成される請求項1に記載の航空機用タイヤ。
- 前記RFIDタグは、タイヤ内面に貼付される請求項1または請求項2に記載の航空機用タイヤ。
- 前記RFIDタグは、タイヤ内面に設けられるバランスパッチと周方向に離間して配置される請求項3に記載の航空機用タイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部内に配置されるベルト部は、非金属で構成される請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の航空機用タイヤ。
