Description
Alcaligenes faecalis CHO6をそれぞれR2A(12g/L)+NO2 -(17.5 mM)+NH4 +(3.5 mM)とR2A(12g/L)+NO3 -(16 mM)の培地に接種し、好気性培養(180rpm、30℃)と嫌気性培養(30℃、99.99% N2で満たされた嫌気性箱)を実行してその硝化能力、脱窒能力と窒素除去能力を検証した。その結果から分かるように、R2A(12g/L)+NO2 -(17.5 mM)+NH4 +(3.5 mM)培地で10日間培養した後、菌株CHO6の好気性脱窒能力と嫌気性脱窒能力が同等であり、約25%(図2)であった。R2A(12g/L)+NO3 -(16 mM)培地での脱窒能力が最も顕著であり、好気性と嫌気性の条件下で、それぞれ66%と71%の脱窒能力が得られた(図2)。さらに窒素イオン含有化合物を分析すると、好気性と嫌気性の条件下でも、菌株CHO6がR2A(12g/L)+NO2 -(17.5 mM)+NH4 +(3.5 mM)培地中のNO2 -を脱窒作用により全部除去でき(図3中の<1>、<2>)、対照組と比較すると、NH4 +は顕著に変化しなかった。R2A(12g/L)+NO3 -(16 mM)培地で、菌株CHO6は高い脱窒能力を有し、脱窒でほぼすべてのNO3 -を除去することができる(図4中の<1>、<2>)。

Claims (7)
- バチルス・アミロリクファシエンス(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)およびフェーカリゲネス(Alcaligenes faecalis)を含み、前記バチルス・アミロリクファシエンスはバチルス・アミロリクファシエンスyel14であり、保存番号:GDMCC No:61699、前記フェーカリゲネスはフェーカリゲネスCHO6であり、保存番号:GDMCC No:61700である、ことを特徴とする広域溶存酸素および有機炭素耐性を有する脱窒菌剤。
- 脱窒バイオフィルムの作製における請求項1に記載の脱窒菌剤の使用。
- 請求項1に記載の脱窒菌剤を含有する、ことを特徴とする脱窒バイオフィルム。
- 水域脱窒における請求項1に記載の脱窒菌剤または請求項3に記載の脱窒バイオフィルムの使用。
- 好気性または嫌気性の条件下で水域中の窒素を除去する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の使用。
- 前記水域中の窒素には、アンモニア性窒素NH4+-N、硝酸性窒素NO3--Nまたは亜硝酸性窒素NO2--N中の1つ以上が含まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の使用。
- 汚水脱臭および/または廃棄物浸出液脱臭における請求項1に記載の脱窒菌剤または請求項3に記載の脱窒バイオフィルムの使用。
