Claims (20)
- 集電体、前記集電体の一面上の縁部に設けられた接着部、及び前記集電体の一面上の中央部に設けられた電極合剤層を有する電極と、基材及び前記基材の一面上に設けられた電解質層を有する電解質シートとが積層された積層体を得る工程(a)と、
前記電解質層を、前記接着部を介して前記集電体に接着する工程(b)と、を備え、
前記工程(a)において、前記積層体は、前記集電体と前記電解質層との間に前記接着部及び前記電極合剤層が挟まれるように積層された積層体であり、
前記電極合剤層は、電極活物質、有機溶媒及び電解質塩を含有する、電池部材の製造方法。 - 前記工程(a)は、

- 集電体と、
電解質層と、
前記集電体の一面上の縁部に設けられ、前記集電体と前記電解質層との間に設けられた接着部と、
前記集電体の前記一面上の中央部に設けられ、前記集電体と前記電解質層との間に設けられた電極合剤層と、を備え、
前記電解質層は前記接着部を介して前記集電体に接着しており、
前記電極合剤層は、電極活物質、有機溶媒及び電解質塩を含有する、二次電池。 - 前記電極合剤層が、前記有機溶媒をゲル化可能なポリマを更に含有する、請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解質層は、ポリマ、酸化物粒子及び電解質塩を含有する、請求項17又は18に記載の二次電池。
- 前記有機溶媒が炭酸エステルを含む、請求項17~19のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
