Description
いずれも95重量%、好ましくは97重量%、とくには98重量%または99重量%、とりわけ99.5重量%を超える純度を有する酸化アルミニウムまたは酸化ジルコニウムまたは酸化イットリウムがとくに好ましい。
好ましくは電気コネクタの収容および電気コネクタの導出に役立つ少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素は、好ましくは、石英ガラスおよび/またはホウケイ酸ガラスから作られる。
少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素の管要素への接続は、好ましくは、ガラスおよび/またはガラスはんだによって実現される。
本発明のとくに好ましい態様において、使用される材料、とくには管要素および少なくとも1つの接続要素の熱膨張係数は、互いに類似し、好ましくは基本的に同一である。
管要素は、500℃までの温度でのこの範囲において、とくには10-8mbar*l/s未満の真空気密性または漏れ率が保証されるように、少なくとも1つの中間要素、とくには複数の中間ガラスを介して融合させられる。
さらに、応力が回避され、割れの恐れが大幅に低減されるように、管要素と閉鎖要素との間の遷移の領域において発熱体を強力に冷却すること、および/または長い遷移を設けることが可能である。
以下で、本発明を、添付の図面を参照して、好ましい実施形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
発熱体は、好ましくは、管要素30の領域においてのみ固定またはシールされる。
加熱コイル34を収容する発熱体20の中空空間42内に、保護ガスアルゴン、ネオン、クリプトンがもたらされる。
Claims (15)
- 内部に加熱コイル(34)を収容し、セラミック材料を含む管要素(30)と、
前記管要素(30)の開放端を閉じる少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素(28)と
を備えており、
電気コネクタ(36、38)が前記閉鎖要素(28)を貫いて引き出される、
歯科用炉のための発熱体であって、
前記加熱コイル(34)は、保護ガスで満たされた前記管要素(30)内で動作し、
少なくとも一つの中間要素(40)を備え、前記閉鎖要素(28)は、少なくとも1つの前記中間要素(40)を介して前記管要素(30)に接続され、前記中間要素(40)は、前記管要素(30)と前記閉鎖要素(28)との間の範囲の熱膨張係数を有し、前記電気コネクタ(36、38)は、前記中間要素40および前記閉鎖要素28を貫いて引き出され、前記中間要素40および前記閉鎖要素28に融合されている
ことを特徴とする発熱体。 - 前記管要素(30)の両端が、前記閉鎖要素(28)によって閉じられ、電気コネクタ(36、38)が、2つの前記閉鎖要素(28)のうちの一方のみを貫いて引き出される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発熱体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素(28)は、石英ガラスおよび/またはホウケイ酸ガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発熱体。
- 複数の中間要素(40)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体。
- 中間ガラスおよび/または遷移ガラスである前記複数の中間要素(40)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発熱体。
- 前記中間ガラスおよび/または遷移ガラスは、前記管要素(30)の熱膨張係数と前記閉鎖要素(28)の熱膨張係数との間の範囲にわたる異なる熱膨張係数を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の発熱体。
- 前記加熱コイルは、2000℃よりも高い融点を有する金属合金または金属を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体。
- 前記加熱コイルは、タングステンおよび/またはモリブデンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体。
- 前記加熱コイルの溶融温度は、少なくとも2600℃である、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の発熱体。
- 前記加熱コイルの溶融温度は、少なくとも3400℃である、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の発熱体。
- 前記管要素(30)は、酸化物セラミックを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体
を備えており、
ハウジング(10)が、焼成チャンバ(12)を定めており、
前記ハウジング(10)は、前記発熱体(20)を導き通す少なくとも1つの貫通穴(22)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素(28)は、前記焼成チャンバ(12)の外部に配置され、前記管要素(30)は、内部に配置される、歯科用炉。 - 前記少なくとも1つの貫通穴(22)は、シール要素(26)によって閉じられる、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の歯科用炉。
- 前記シール要素(26)は、前記発熱体(20)を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の歯科用炉。
- 前記貫通穴(22)の各々の反対側に、前記発熱体(20)のための収容要素(24)または別の貫通穴が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用炉。
