Description
1.車両1の概略構成
本実施形態に係る車両1の概略構成について、図1を用いて説明する。
車両1における駆動ユニット10の搭載位置について、図2を用いて説明する。
駆動ユニット10の詳細構成およびその周辺の構成について、図3から図6を用いて説明する。
駆動ユニット10のエンジン11~13での冷却水循環経路について、図7(a)を用いて説明する。
駆動ユニット10のエンジン11~13におけるエンジンオイル循環経路について、図7(b)を用いて説明する。
駆動ユニット10におけるモータ14の冷却構成について、図8を用いて説明する。
バルブ制御部52が実行するモータ14の冷却制御方法について、図9から図11を用いて説明する。
上記実施形態に係る車両1では、3つのエンジン11~13と1つのモータ14とで構成された駆動ユニット10を採用したが、本発明は、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、1つのエンジンと1つのモータとで構成される駆動ユニットや、複数のエンジンと複数のモータとで構成される駆動ユニットを採用することもできる。

Claims (7)
- 互いに隣接配置されたエンジンおよびモータを有し、前記エンジンで車両を走行させるエンジン駆動モードと、前記モータで前記車両を走行させるモータ駆動モードとを駆動モードとして有する駆動ユニットと、
前記エンジンを冷却するためのエンジン用第1冷媒の経路である第1エンジン冷却経路と、
前記エンジンを冷却するためのエンジン用第2冷媒の経路であって、当該経路中に前記エンジン用第2冷媒を冷却するためのファンを有するとともに、前記第1エンジン冷却経路とは異なる経路である第2エンジン冷却経路と、
前記モータを冷却するためのモータ用冷媒の経路であって、互いに異なる経路である第1モータ冷却経路および第2モータ冷却経路を有するモータ冷却経路と、
前記第1エンジン冷却経路を流れる前記エンジン用第1冷媒と前記第1モータ冷却経路を流れる前記モータ用冷媒とが熱交換する第1熱交換器と、
前記第2エンジン冷却経路を流れる前記エンジン用第2冷媒と前記第2モータ冷却経路を流れる前記モータ用冷媒とが熱交換する第2熱交換器と、
前記第1モータ冷却経路と前記第2モータ冷却経路とを切り替える第1切替手段と、
前記エンジンの温度を検出するエンジン温度検出手段と、
前記エンジンの温度に基づき前記第1切替手段を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記モータ駆動モードの実行時において、
前記エンジンの温度が所定の第1閾値未満の場合に、前記第1モータ冷却経路により前記モータを冷却し、前記エンジンの温度が前記第1閾値以上の場合に、前記第2モータ冷却経路により前記モータを冷却する、ように前記第1切替手段を切替制御する、
車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両において、
前記モータ用冷媒よりも沸点が低い沸騰冷却用冷媒が循環する経路と、前記循環経路の途中に配設され、前記モータ用冷媒と前記沸騰冷却用冷媒との間で熱交換する沸騰部と、前記沸騰冷却用冷媒が凝縮される凝縮部と、を有する沸騰冷却器を更に備え、
前記モータは、前記エンジンの温度が前記第1閾値以上の場合に、前記沸騰冷却用冷媒が前記沸騰部で沸騰し、沸騰した前記沸騰冷却用冷媒が前記凝縮部で凝縮されることにより、冷却される、
車両。 - 請求項2に記載の車両において、
前記モータは、前記モータ用冷媒を受けるパンを下部に有し、
前記沸騰冷却器の前記沸騰部は、前記パン内に配設されている、
車両。 - 請求項2または請求項3に記載の車両において、
前記沸騰冷却器は、前記凝縮部に隣接配置され、前記凝縮部を空冷するための沸騰冷却器ファンを更に有し、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの温度が前記第1閾値以上の場合に、前記沸騰冷却器ファンを駆動させる、
車両。 - 請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の車両において、
前記モータ冷却経路は、前記第1切替手段よりも前記モータ用冷媒の流れ方向の上流側から分岐して、前記第1熱交換器および前記第2熱交換器の何れも経由せずに前記モータに接続された経路である第3モータ冷却経路を更に有し、
前記第3モータ冷却経路が分岐する箇所に設けられ、前記第1切替手段への経路と前記第3モータ冷却経路とを切り替える第2切替手段を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記モータ駆動モードの実行時において、前記エンジンの温度が前記第1閾値よりも高い第2閾値以上の場合に、前記第3モータ冷却経路により前記モータを冷却させる、ように前記第2切替手段を制御する、
車両。 - 請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載の車両において、
前記モータは、ロータおよびステータと、当該ロータおよびステータの外方を覆うハウジングと有し、
前記モータ用冷媒は、オイルであって、前記ハウジング内を上部から下部に通流する、
車両。 - 請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載の車両において、
前記エンジン用第1冷媒はエンジンオイルであり、前記エンジン用第2冷媒は冷却水である、
車両。
