項2.
前記誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物が前記(C)LDPEポリマーを含まず、前記誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物が制限(i)~(iii)[(i)第2の密度d2が、0.972g/cm3以下であり、d2はd1よりも0.0010~0.0100g/cm3大きい(d1およびd2はASTM D792-13、方法Bに従って測定される)、(ii)50.0%~80.0%の結晶化度である(結晶化度試験法に従って測定される)、ならびに(iii)(i)と(ii)の両方である]のいずれか1つを特徴とする、項1に記載の誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物。
項3.
前記誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物が1~71重量%の前記(C)LDPEポリマーを含み、制限(i)~(viii)[(i)5メガパスカル(5Mpa)超かつ前記(C)LDPEポリマーの弾性率よりも大きい、110℃~130℃の温度で測定される弾性率(共に弾性率試験法に従って測定される)、(ii)前記(C)LDPEポリマーのゼロ剪断粘度よりも大きい、190℃におけるゼロ剪断粘度(共にゼロ剪断粘度(ZSV)試験法に従って測定される)、(iii)50.0%~85.0%の結晶化度(結晶化度試験法に従って測定される)、(iv)前記(C)LDPEポリマーのAC絶縁破壊強度保持値bsr2よりも少なくとも10.0%、あるいは少なくとも15.0%、あるいは少なくとも20.0%高いAC絶縁破壊強度保持値bsr1(bsr1およびbsr2は加速ウェットエージング試験法に従って測定される)、(v)(i)と(ii)の両方、(vi)(i)と(iii)の両方、(vii)(ii)と(iii)の両方、ならびに(viii)(i)、(ii)、および(iii)のそれぞれ]のいずれか1つを特徴とする、項1に記載の誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物。

前記(A)ポリエチレン核生成剤が、制限(i)~(iii)[(i)前記(A)ポリエチレン核生成剤は、(A1)カルシウム(1R、2S)-シス-シクロヘキサン-1,2-ジカルボキシレート(1:1)、(A2)カルシウムステアレート(1:2)、(A3)亜鉛ステアレート(1:2)、(A4)(A1)と(A2)の組み合わせ、(A5)(A1)と(A3)の組み合わせ、(A6)(A2)と(A3)の組み合わせ、ならびに(A7)(A1)、(A2)、および(A3)の組み合わせ、の(A1)~(A7)からなる群から選択される、(ii)前記(A)ポリエチレン核生成剤の量は、(A)、(B)、および任意の(C)の重量の合計の0.05~0.50重量%である、(iii)(i)と(ii)の両方である]のいずれか1つを特徴とする、項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物。

誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物を製造する方法であって、成分(A)、(B)、および任意選択の(C)[0.01~1.00重量パーセント(重量%)の(A)ポリエチレン核生成剤と、長鎖分岐ポリエチレンホモポリマー構成成分と線状ポリエチレンホモポリマー構成成分を含み、ASTM D792-13、方法Bに従って測定した1立方センチメートルあたり0.958~0.970グラム(g/cm3)の第1の密度d1を有することを特徴とする29.00~99.99重量パーセントの(B)マルチモーダル超高密度ポリエチレン(マルチモーダルuHDPE)組成物と、0.00~71.00重量%の(C)低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)ポリマーの溶融物]の混合物を製造することと、前記混合物を(B)および任意選択で(C)の溶融温度未満に冷却し、それによって誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物の混合物を製造することと、を含み、前記誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物は、第1の交流(AC)絶縁破壊強度保持値bsr1が80%~99%であり(brs1は加速ウェットエージング試験法に従って測定される)、結晶化度試験法に従って測定される40.0%~85.0%未満の結晶化度を有することを特徴とする、方法。

(1)電気部品および(2)前記電気部品と動作可能に接触して配置される絶縁部品を備え、前記絶縁部品は、項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物を含む、絶縁電気デバイス。

前記(1)電気部品が、(1a)電気絶縁を必要とする導電性要素、および任意選択の、前記導電性要素と直接接触して配置される(1b)半導電性シールドコーティングを備え、前記(1b)が存在しない場合、前記(2)絶縁部品は、前記(1a)導電性要素と直接接触して配置され、前記(1b)が存在する場合、前記(2)絶縁部品は、(1a)と(2)の間に配置される前記(1b)半導体シールドコーティングと直接接触して配置される、項7に記載の絶縁電気デバイス。

Claims (11)
- 成分(A)、(B)、および任意選択の(C)[0.01~1.00重量パーセント(重量%)の(A)ポリエチレン核生成剤と、長鎖分岐ポリエチレンホモポリマー構成成分と線状ポリエチレンホモポリマー構成成分を含み、ASTM D792-13、方法Bに従って測定した1立方センチメートルあたり0.958~0.970グラム(g/cm3)の第1の密度d1を有することを特徴とする29.00~99.99重量パーセントの(B)マルチモーダル超高密度ポリエチレン(マルチモーダルuHDPE)組成物と、0.00~71.00重量%の(C)低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)ポリマー]の結晶化溶融ブレンドを含む誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物であって、前記誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物は、ASTM F2625-10に準拠した結晶化度試験法に従って測定した40.0%~85.0%未満の結晶化度を有し、前記(A)ポリエチレン核生成剤は、(A1)~(A7)[(A1)カルシウム(1R、2S)-シス-シクロヘキサン-1,2-ジカルボキシレート(1:1)、(A2)カルシウムステアレート(1:2)、(A3)亜鉛ステアレート(1:2)、(A4)(A1)と(A2)の組み合わせ、(A5)(A1)と(A3)の組み合わせ、(A6)(A2)と(A3)の組み合わせ、(A7)(A1)、(A2)、および(A3)の組み合わせ]からなる群から選択される、誘電性強化ポリエチレン配合物。

- 前記(1)電気部品の前記(1a)導電性要素が導電性コアを備え、前記(1)電気部品が、前記導電性コアから外側に向かって順に、前記導電性コアに直接接触して配置される内側半導体シールド層、前記内側半導体シールド層と直接接触して配置される前記(2)絶縁部品を備える絶縁層、前記絶縁層と直接接触して配置される外側半導体シールド層、および前記外側半導体シールド層と直接接触して配置される外側ジャケット層をさらに備える絶縁電力ケーブルを備える、請求項8に記載の絶縁電気デバイス。
- 電気を伝導する方法であって、請求項10に記載の絶縁電気デバイスの前記絶縁電力ケーブルの前記導電性コアにわたって電圧を印加して、前記導電性コアを通る電気の流れを発生させることを含む、方法。
