押出しの前に、イソプロパノールに浸漬した布で銅導体を清浄にした。銅導体表面の外観は、いかなる傷も変色も伴わず光沢があった。150℃/160℃/170℃の温度プロファイルおよび50rpmを用いて、ミニケーブルライン上の撚り合わせた銅導体の上に絶縁体を押出した。銅導体の直径は5mmであり、絶縁層の厚さは0.7mmであった。さらに、押出しの前に銅導体を110℃に予熱した。
Claims (15)
- 銅導体と、前記銅導体に隣接するポリマー層とを含む層状構造であって、前記ポリマー層は、ベンゾトリアゾール化合物を含むポリマー組成物を含む、層状構造。
- 前記層状構造は銅導体と、前記銅導体に隣接するポリマー層とを含むケーブルであり、前記ポリマー層は、ベンゾトリアゾール化合物を含むポリマー組成物を含む、請求項1に記載の層状構造。
- 前記ベンゾトリアゾールは式(1)の化合物であり、
- 式(1)の前記ベンゾトリアゾール化合物において、R1は少なくとも1つのアミン基を含む、請求項3に記載のケーブル。
- 式(1)の前記ベンゾトリアゾール化合物は、2つの異性体、N,N−ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)−4−メチル−1H−ベンゾトリアゾール−1−メチルアミン(CAS番号80584−90−3)およびN,N−ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)−5−メチル−1H−ベンゾトリアゾール−1−メチルアミン(CAS番号80595−74−0)の混合物である、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 式(1)の前記ベンゾトリアゾール化合物は、50ppmから500ppmの量で前記ポリマー組成物中に存在する、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 前記ポリマー組成物はポリオレフィン、好適にはエチレンのポリマーを含む、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- エチレンの前記ポリマー組成物は、加水分解可能なシラン基含有単位を有するコモノマーを含む、請求項7に記載のケーブル。
- エチレンの前記ポリマーは、高圧ラジカル重合プロセスにおいて作製される、請求項7または8のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 前記ポリマー層は前記ポリマー組成物を含む絶縁層であり、前記ポリマー組成物は、エチレンの前記ポリマーとシラン基含有単位を有するコモノマーとの縮合反応によって架橋される、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 前記縮合反応は、酸性の縮合反応触媒、好適には芳香族スルホン酸を用いて行われる、請求項10に記載のケーブル。
- 前記絶縁層中の架橋ポリマー組成物の熱間硬化は、7日間の周囲条件、RH50の後に175%未満である、請求項10または11に記載のケーブル。
- 絶縁層はジャケット層に覆われる、請求項2から12のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルは電力ケーブルであり、好適には低電圧電力ケーブルである、請求項2から13のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 移動によってケーブルの銅導体を不動態化するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
請求項2から14のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル層を生成するステップを含む、プロセス。
