Abstract
Description
[1]下記成分(A)~(C)を含有し、成分(B)及び(C)の混合HLBが11.1~15.0である、化粧料用組成物。
成分(A):油剤
成分(B):すべての水酸基のうち1級水酸基が50%以上であり且つ平均重合度が6~14のポリグリセリンと炭素数12以上の脂肪酸からなり、HLBが13.5未満のポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルからなる群より選択される1種以上
成分(C):HLBが13.5以上のポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、及びHLBが12以上のポリグリセリンモノアルキルエーテルからなる群より選択される1種以上
[2][1]に記載の化粧料用組成物を含有する、化粧料。
成分(A)は油剤である。油剤としては、炭化水素油、エステル油、トリグリセライド、アシルグリセロール、エーテル油、動植物油、シリコーン油などが挙げられ、好ましくは炭化水素油、エステル油、トリグリセライドである。
本明細書におけるポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルのHLBを算出する際は以下の式を用いる。

成分(C)のポリグリセリンアルキルエーテルのHLBは有機概念図から算出される。有機概念図とは、藤田穆により提案されたものであり、その詳細は“Pharmaceutical Bulletin”, vol.2, 2, pp.163-173(1954)、「化学の領域」vol.11,10, pp.719-725(1957)、「フレグランスジャーナル」,vol.50, pp.79-82(1981)、「有機概念図-基礎と応用-」(甲田善生著、三共出版、1984)等で説明されている。すなわち、すべての有機化合物をメタン(CH4)の誘導体とみなして、その炭素数、置換基、変態部、環等にそれぞれ一定の数値を設定し、その数値を加算して有機性値、無機性値を求め、有機性値をX軸、無機性値をY軸にとった図上にプロットしていくものである。
有機概念図におけるHLBとは、有機概念図における有機性値(OV)に対する無機性値(IV)の比を10倍した数、すなわち「無機性値(IV)/有機性値(OV)×10」を意味する。

表1~6に記載した組成で各成分をガラスビーカーに量り入れ、約80℃に加熱混合し、室温付近まで攪拌冷却しにより化粧料用組成物を調製した。

サンプルを石英セル(プラスチックセル)に入れ、成分(A)を対照試料として、分光光度計(日立ハイテクサイエンス U-3900)波長750nmの透過率(%T)を測定し、各実施例・比較例の化粧料用組成物の透明性について以下の基準で評価した。結果を表1~6に示す。

サンプルを25℃にてレオメーター(ARES G-2、TA Instruments製)で角速度依存の粘弾性を測定し、角速度0.1rad/sの複素粘性率を算出し、粘度とした。結果を表1~6に示す。
顔にメイクアップ品を使用している専門パネル10名に、各サンプル2gを顔に塗り広げて、1分程度優しくマッサージした。各実施例・比較例の化粧料用組成物の使用性について以下の基準で評価した。結果を表1~6に示す。

1gのサンプルを100mLの水道水へ希釈した時の状態を確認し、各実施例・比較例の化粧料用組成物の洗い流し性について以下の基準で評価した。結果を表1~6に示す。なお、実施例1の化粧料用組成物について上記条件で希釈した溶液を室温で、レーザー回析式粒度分布計(LS 13 320/ベックマン・コールター製)で測定したところ、粒子径は0.3μmであった。
(評価基準)
◎:均一に分散し、青みのある乳白色の溶液となる
〇:均一に分散し、乳白色の溶液となる
△:サンプルがゲル状になり、均一に分散するのに時間がかかる
×:サンプルが浮いてしまい均一に分散しない
表7に示す組成とした以外は実施例1~46と同様にして化粧料用組成物を調製し、透明性、粘度、使用性、洗い流し性についても上記と同様に評価した。結果を表7に示す。
高湿度下での樹脂容器保管における透明性の維持について、実施例5、34、47~48の化粧料用組成物をガラス容器、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタラート)容器、PP(ポリプロピレン)容器にそれぞれ充填し、湿度を90%Rh以上に設定した保管庫に静置し、一ヶ月後の外観を観察し、以下の基準で目視により評価した。

△:半濁
×:白濁・沈殿
Claims (13)
- 下記成分(A)~(C)を含有し、成分(B)及び(C)の混合HLBが11.1~15.0であり、前記成分(A)が、炭化水素油、エステル油、及びトリグリセライドからなる群より選択される1種以上であり、前記成分(B)が、ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-12、ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-14、ジステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ジオレイン酸ポリグリセリル-10、トリオレイン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ペンタオレイン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ジオレイン酸ポリグリセリル-6、ジミリスチン酸ポリグリセリル-10、トリラウリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、及びジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-6からなる群より選択される1種以上であり、前記成分(C)が、イソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、イソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-12、イソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-14、ステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、オレイン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ミリスチン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ラウリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、オレイン酸ポリグリセリル-6、ラウリン酸ポリグリセリル-5、オレイン酸ポリグリセリル-5、ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-20、及びポリグリセリル-4ラウリルエーテルからなる群より選択される1種以上であり、前記成分(A)の含有量が60~92質量%であり、前記成分(B)の含有量が6~35質量%であり、前記成分(C)の含有量が2~15質量%である、化粧料用組成物。
成分(A):油剤
成分(B):すべての水酸基のうち1級水酸基が50%以上であり且つ平均重合度が6~14のポリグリセリンと炭素数12以上の脂肪酸からなり、HLBが13.5未満のポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルからなる群より選択される1種以上
成分(C):HLBが13.5以上のポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、及びHLBが12以上のポリグリセリンモノアルキルエーテルからなる群より選択される1種以上 - 前記成分(A)が、重量平均分子量380以上の油剤を含む、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記重量平均分子量380以上の油剤が、スクワラン、流動イソパラフィン、水添ポリデセン、ミネラルオイル、オレフィンオリゴマー、ミリスチン酸イソセチル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、ステアリン酸ヘキシルデシル、ステアリン酸エチルヘキシル、イソステアリン酸エチルヘキシル、イソステアリン酸デシル、イソステアリン酸ヘキシルデシル、及びイソステアリン酸イソステアリルからなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項2に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記成分(C)が、すべての水酸基のうち1級水酸基が50%以上のポリグリセリンを用いたポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含む、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記成分(B)及び(C)の合計含有量が8~40質量%である、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 更に下記成分(D)を含有する、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
成分(D):ポリオキシエチレンヤシ油脂肪酸グリセリル、ポリオキシエチレン(カプリル酸/カプリン酸)グリセリル及び、水酸基価から計算される平均重合度が2~6のポリグリセリンと炭素数8~10の脂肪酸をエステル化して得られるポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルからなる群より選択される1種以上のHLBが13.5未満の非イオン性界面活性剤 - 前記成分(D)が、ジカプリン酸ポリグリセリル-6を含む、請求項6に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 前記成分(D)の含有量が、0.01~2質量%である、請求項6に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- レオメーターで25℃における角速度依存の粘弾性から求められる、角速度0.1rad/sにおける複素粘性率が100mPa・s以上である、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 分光光度計で波長750nmにおける透過率が80%以上である、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 逆紐状ミセル構造を有する、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 請求項1~11いずれかに記載の化粧料用組成物を含有する、化粧料。
- 油性クレンジング化粧料、乳化型クレンジング化粧料、ジェル状クレンジング化粧料、化粧水、乳液、クリーム、美容液、乳化型日焼け止め化粧料、マッサージオイル、美容オイル、ボディオイル、ヘアオイル、又はネイルオイルである、請求項12に記載の化粧料。
