Description
i)可溶性コーヒー、

i)可溶性コーヒー、
ii)非タンパク質クリーマー、及び
iii)オート麦フラワー、を含み、
非タンパク質クリーマーの粉末とオート麦フラワーとの重量比が、少なくとも3:1である、組成物が提供される。
ii)非タンパク質クリーマー、及び
ii)オート麦粉末、ココナッツ粉末、大豆粉末及びアーモンド粉末の1種以上から選択される植物ベースの粉末、を含み、
非タンパク質クリーマーの粉末と植物ベースの粉末との重量比が、少なくとも1:3である。第1の態様に関連して本明細書で説明される全ての要素は、この更なる態様と自由に組み合わせることができる。例えば、植物ベースの粉末はオート麦フラワーであることが好ましい。
Claims (17)
- 飲料を形成するための組成物であって、成分粉末の混合物を含み、前記成分が
i)可溶性コーヒー、
ii)非タンパク質クリーマー、並びに
iii)オート麦粉末、ココナッツ粉末、大豆粉末及びアーモンド粉末の1種以上から選択される植物ベースの粉末、を含み、
前記非タンパク質クリーマーの粉末と前記植物ベースの粉末との重量比が、少なくとも3:1である、組成物。 - 前記植物ベースの粉末がオート麦粉末、好ましくはオート麦フラワーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記非タンパク質クリーマーの粉末と前記植物ベースの粉末との重量比が、3:1~8:1、最も好ましくは3:1~4:1である、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分が糖を更に含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分が、前記成分の総重量に基づいて、
10~15重量%の前記可溶性コーヒー、及び/又は
10~45重量%の前記非タンパク質クリーマー、及び/又は
40~60重量%の前記糖、及び/又は
1~40重量%、好ましくは5~12重量%の前記植物ベースの粉末、を含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。 - 前記成分が、少なくとも1mL/gのガスを捕捉している起泡増進成分を更に含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記起泡増進成分が、前記成分の総重量の1~20重量%の量で存在する、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記可溶性コーヒーが、噴霧乾燥又は凍結乾燥したコーヒー粉末であり、任意選択で、焙煎して挽いたコーヒー粒子を含有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記非タンパク質クリーマーが、植物油と、増粘剤、酸度調整剤、緩衝剤、乳化剤及び安定剤から選択される1種以上の成分とを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物ベースの粉末が、少なくとも部分的に加水分解されており、任意選択で完全に加水分解されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物ベースの粉末が、加水分解された植物系フラワーと天然の植物系フラワーとの混合物を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物ベースの粉末がオート麦フラワーであり、予め加水分解されたオート麦フラワーと天然オート麦フラワーとの比が5:1~3:1である、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 植物ベースの粉末が本質的に唯一のタンパク質源である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記粉末成分を一緒に乾式混合することを含む、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を形成する方法。
- 粉末成分の混合物を造粒又は凝集することを更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法によって得られる、凝集又は造粒させた飲料組成物。
- 請求項1~13又は16のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を飲料媒体と混合することを含む、飲料を形成する方法。
