Claims (6)
- 外殻(1)、内殻(2)、駆動ディスク(3)、T型歯(4)、ギア(5)、T型歯ホルダー(6)、調整可能なナット(7)、ボール(8)、内軌道ボール(9)、外軌道ボール(10)、内保護ラック(11)、外保護ラック(12)、ローラー(13)、第1シールリング(14)、第2シールリング(15)、第3シールリング(16)を含み、
外殻(1)の上部には、調整可能なナット(7)に螺合されるネジ山が開設され、外殻(1)の中部は、T型歯ホルダー(6)と一体に剛性接続され、外殻(1)の下部には、ローラー(13)が配置されるローラー軌道が開設され、
内殻(2)の上部には、第2シールリング(15)が密着され、内殻(2)の下部は、ギア(5)に固定され、
駆動ディスク(3)の上部には、第1シールリング(14)、第2シールリング(15)が密着され、駆動ディスク(3)の中部の外面には、ボール(8)が配置されるボール軌道が開設され、駆動ディスク(3)の下部の底面には、ボール内軌道及びボール外軌道が開設され、ボール内軌道の一部には、内保護ラック(11)が取り付けられ、ボール外軌道の一部には、外保護ラック(12)が取り付けられ、この2つの保護ラックは、互いに対向して配置され、内軌道ボール(9)がボール内軌道に配置され、外軌道ボール(10)がボール外軌道に配置され、ボール内軌道及び外軌道における保護ラック非取付部分において、軌道の延在方向が円柱螺旋線であることを特徴とし、保護ラック取付部分は、ボールがT型歯(4)との接触から滑らかに離れるようにガイドされるように、前記螺旋線にその接線方向に沿って接続され、
T型歯(4)の上面には、内軌道ボール(9)及び外軌道ボール(10)が配置されるボール軌道が開設され、T型歯(4)の中部は、T型歯ホルダー(6)を通過するようにT型歯ホルダー(6)に組み立てられ、T型歯(4)の下端部は、ギア(5)に噛み合う円柱螺旋面状歯であり、
ギア(5)の上面は、T型歯(4)に噛み合う円柱螺旋面状歯であり、ギア(5)の中部の外面には、ローラー(13)が配置されるローラー軌道が開設され、ギア(5)の下部の外面には、第3シールリング(16)が密着され、
調整可能なナット(7)は、外殻(1)、第1シールリング(14)、ボール(8)に接触し、ナットを回転させることで変速機の内部における全ての伝動部材の隙間を調整できるように構成される、変速機。 - 内保護ラック(11)及び外保護ラック(12)は、駆動ディスク(3)に取り付けられ、ボールがT型歯(4)に接触しないように、内軌道ボール(9)及び外軌道ボール(10)を保持する、請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 内軌道ボール(9)は、駆動ディスク(3)に配置され、保護ラックがない部分においてT型歯(4)に接触し、
外軌道ボール(10)は、駆動ディスク(3)に配置され、保護ラックがない部分においてT型歯(4)に接触する、請求項1に記載の変速機。 - 駆動ディスク(3)のボール軌道における保護ラック非取付部分及びT型歯(4)の上面におけるボール軌道の特徴曲線は、円柱螺旋線であり、内軌道と外軌道の螺旋方向が異なり、ピッチが同じであり、
駆動ディスク(3)のボール軌道における保護ラック取付部分の位置が滑らかに上昇し、保護ラックと協働することにより、この部分にあるボールは滑らかに上昇してT型歯(4)との接触から離れる、請求項1に記載の変速機。 - T型歯(4)の数をnとすると、ギア(5)の歯数は2n+1又は2n-1となり、両方とも作動可能であり、出力方向、即ちギア(5)の回転方向は異なる、請求項1に記載の変速機。
- ギア(5)とT型歯(4)の歯形は同じであり、いずれも円柱螺旋面であり、
前記円柱螺旋面のピッチは、駆動ディスク(3)又はT型歯(4)の軌道特徴円柱螺旋線のピッチとギア(5)の歯数との積であり、変速機の変速倍数はギア(5)の歯数と等しい、請求項1に記載の変速機。
