Description
本発明は、断熱生地、その提供方法および各種製品の断熱のための使用に関する。
エアロゲルは、特に室温におけるその優れた断熱特性で知られている。
このようなエアロゲルで充填され、それによって断熱に適した布を提供する布が、例えばWO 2017/220577 A1から公知である。WO 2017/220577は、少なくとも3つの層を含む積層構造を有する断熱布を記載し、第1の外側テキスタイル層および第2の外側テキスタイルは前記布の外面を提供し、前記外側テキスタイル層は、エアロゲル粉末を含むテキスタイル生地を含む中間層に積層される。
このようなエアロゲルで作られた布は、製造中、設置中、および使用中に塵の発生を被る。また、前記外側テキスタイル層を設けることによって、布と断熱される製品、例えばパイプとの間の緊密な接触を少なくし得る。そのようなエアロゲルで作られたさらなる布は、適用性が限られており、300℃未満の温度でのみ適している。
本発明の目的は、塵の発生が少なく、高温での使用が可能であり、容易に周囲に設置でき、断熱される製品との良好な接触を提供する、代替的な断熱生地を提供することである。
本発明の前記およびその他の特徴、特徴ならびに利点は、以下の詳細な説明から明らかになるであろう。なお、この説明は、本発明の範囲を限定するものではない。
ヒュームドシリカ内の細孔は、一般に、一次粒子の間に位置しており(粒子間細孔)、一次粒子自体の中に位置していない(粒子内細孔)。
より好ましくは、断熱生地は、15~50%wの範囲、例えば40~50%wの範囲の量でヒュームドシリカ粉末を含むテキスタイル生地層を含む。
好ましくは、シラン含有量は、燃焼性を低く保つために、低く保たれる。
特に、AEROSIL R 974およびRX 200が好ましい。AEROSIL R974は、200m2/gの比表面積を有する親水性ヒュームドシリカをベースにしてジメチルジクロロシランで後処理された150~190m2/gの比表面積を有する疎水性ヒュームドシリカである。
好ましいIR吸収剤は炭化ケイ素である。好ましくは、IR吸収剤の粒子サイズは、2~7μmの範囲である。
このIR吸収剤またはIR吸収剤の混合物は、一般に、存在するヒュームドシリカの重量に基づいて、20%wまで、好ましくは10%wまで、最も好ましくは3~7%wの範囲の量で添加される。
一例として、テキスタイル生地は、Eガラス繊維、Cガラス繊維、Sガラス繊維、シリカ繊維、セラミック繊維、および有機繊維、PE繊維またはPET繊維などからなる群から選択される繊維を含む。
繊維は、5~20μmの範囲、例えば6~20μmの範囲、より好ましくは9~13μmの範囲、例えば9~11μmの範囲の直径を有してもよい。繊維は、好ましくは15mm未満、好ましくは約10mmの平均長さを有するステープル繊維であり得る。繊維は、好ましくは15mm未満、好ましくは約10mmの最大長さを有してもよい。
結合剤を添加することの利点は、塵の形成がさらに低減され、ヒュームドシリカをテキスタイル生地層に注入することがより容易であることである。
製品は、50mW/m*K未満の熱伝導率を有する場合、断熱性であると理解される。
代替的に、テキスタイル生地層は、浸漬技術によって、または電荷を印加して生地層にヒュームドシリカ粉末を含浸させることによって、またはスティッチもしくは熱間圧延によって連結されるテキスタイル生地層の間におけるヒュームドシリカ粉末の層のサンドイッチ技法によって複合材が形成される層状複合法によって、ヒュームドシリカで充填されてもよい。
任意選択的に、第1の外側テキスタイル層および第2の外側テキスタイル層の厚みは同一である。
第1の外側テキスタイル層は、織製、不織製、編成、または編組テキスタイル生地を含むことができる。
第2の外側テキスタイル層は、織製、不織製、編成、(縦編み生地もしくは横編み生地の両方)、または編組生地を含むことができる。
織製の第1および/または第2の外側層は、平織テキスタイル生地、斜文織製テキスタイル生地、サテン織製テキスタイル生地、アトラスまたはバスケット織製テキスタイル生地等であってもよい。
いくつかの実施形態によれば、第1の外側テキスタイル層は、3~300kg/m3の範囲の密度を有してもよい。いくつかの実施形態によれば、第1の外側テキスタイル層は、10~30g/m2の表面重量を有してもよい。
任意選択で、第1の外側テキスタイル層および第2の外側テキスタイル層の不織テキスタイル生地は同一である。
生地は、パイプおよび建築用途などの様々な用途のために製品を断熱するために使用され得る。パイプは、温度適用が200~800℃以内であるオイルセクタに使用することができる。本発明による生地は、10℃未満の温度制限を有する極低温用途に使用することができる。生地は、建築分野において、例えば、ミネラルウール、ポリスチレン(PS)、またはポリウレタン(PU)が断熱特性において不足する屋根、天井、および床用途のために、使用され得る。
本発明による断熱生地は、以下のように調製される。7kgの疎水性ヒュームドシリカ(アエロジルR974)と185lのヘキサンおよびSiC(ヒュームドシリカに対して6重量%)との混合物を、厚み10mmおよび密度110kg/m3の好適なテキスタイル生地マトリックスKobemat EGL(Kobe 110密度)に注入する。最適な結果を達成するために、テキスタイル生地マトリックス内の混合物の均一な分布が得られるように、注入をモニタリングした。注入および混合技術は、例えば、US2018/0099478に開示されている。
断熱生地を実施例1に従って作製した。様々な量のSiCをヒュームドシリカとヘキサンとの混合物に添加した。最終生成物に対するIR吸収剤の効果およびその量を以下の表2に示す。

以下の表は、ヒュームドシリカの使用を、同量の混合注入および同じテキスタイル生地マトリックスを用いるエアロゲル(AEROVA(商標出願済み)エアロゲル、Jios Corporationから入手可能)注入と比較する際に集められる結果のいくつかを強調している。
これらの結果は、より高い温度、エアロゲルの代わりにヒュームドシリカを使用すると、断熱特性が改善された断熱生地が得られることを示している。さらに、ヒュームドシリカの場合、塵発生が低減する。
Claims (11)
- 結合剤を10%w未満の含有量で含む不織テキスタイル生地層を含み、前記%wは、前記不織テキスタイル生地層の総重量にわたって表され、前記結合剤は、官能性シラン、テトラエチルオルトシリケート、水ガラス、シリコーン、シロキサン、コロイド状シリカおよびアクリルからなる群から選択され、
前記不織テキスタイル生地層は、15~50%wの範囲の量で平均細孔サイズ50~200nmのヒュームドシリカ粉末を含み、前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末の前記%wは、前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末が存在する前記不織テキスタイル生地層の重量に基づき、
前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末は、前記不織テキスタイル生地層に前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末が充填または含浸されて、またはヒュームドシリカ粉末の層が不織テキスタイル生地層の間に挟まれて存在する、可撓性の断熱生地。 - 前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末の平均細孔サイズは、50~100nmである、請求項1に記載の断熱生地。
- 前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末の量は、40~50%wの範囲であり、前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末の前記%wは、前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末が存在する前記不織テキスタイル生地層の重量に基づく、請求項1または2に記載の断熱生地。
- 前記ヒュームドシリカ粉末は疎水性ヒュームドシリカである、請求項1に記載の断熱生地。
- 前記不織テキスタイル生地層は、存在するヒュームドシリカ粉末の重量に基づいて、20%wまでの量の赤外線吸収剤を含有する、請求項1に記載の断熱生地。
- 前記不織テキスタイル生地層は、5~40mmの範囲の厚みを有する、請求項1に記載の断熱生地。
- ヒュームドシリカ粉末を添加する前の前記不織テキスタイル生地層は、100~180kg/m 3 の範囲の密度を有する、請求項1に記載の断熱生地。
- 前記断熱生地のヒュームドシリカ含有量は、50~80kg/m 3 の範囲である、請求項5に記載の断熱生地。
- 前記不織テキスタイル生地層は、耐高温性繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の断熱生地。
- 前記不織テキスタイル生地層は、片側または両側に、第1の外側テキスタイル層および/または第2の外側テキスタイル層が設けられている、請求項1に記載の断熱生地。
- 断熱材としての、請求項1に記載の断熱生地の使用。
